Guests are responsible for their own sewer at this time, long-term options available for discussion. Pet owners must be responsible for pet waste. RV space is between other renters so please keep that in mind if looking for total privacy. This is a quiet property and everyone is respectful of others time and space. There are kids and friendly dogs on the property, it is a family-friendly environment. Private backyard for kids with swing, and trampoline, only allowed with prior approval from homeowner. Property backs up against a mountain with a hiking trail and away from Neighbors on a quiet dead end dirt road right off of the highway. Host family does live on site and honors privacy as needed.

Easy spot just west of Grants Pass. We only needed a one night pit stop so we didn't use all the amenities, just power which was perfect. Anna the host was great she waited up for us as our arrival time was pushed back. She helped light our path and back us in to the spot. Easy in and out. Great for what we needed.
