I try to keep it to two groups of campers, to provide a more intimate and private setting for all campers. With access to the picturesque Molalla River, your kids can splash around in a deep swimming hole while you take a well-deserved break. 1. Click on "Select a site". 2. More about the property: - This is a regenerative farm, just starting. Hip Camp is providing the resources to purchase stock to begin my flerd (flock + herd = flerd). -My tiny home is in the area of the sites, but far enough away to maintain privacy. Otherwise it is a private and secluded area. Because I live on site, I will not allow repeat visits if groups become rowdy or disrespectful. -There is electricity and water on site. A compost toilet and sink are available, but no shower. -There is a communal fire pit, don't forget your marshmallows. (No individual fires allowed). I will talk to each group of campers about their comfort level with enjoying the fire with other campers, or a preference for trading off nights. -I have a 6-person hammock for relaxing with family or friends. (NOT a trampoline) - There is an old hay wagon converted into a covered picnic area that I call the Cowzebo for use if the weather gets iffy. - Friendly dogs are welcome. To keep the atmosphere of the camp more intimate, this is only available to those who have already booked a site. For those who have booked the Riverside RV site, but expect to have a second RV, book this site for the additional RV. This site will be in the same area as Riverside RV. Guests will have access to a communal composting toilet and cold water sink. Electricity is available about 150 yards from the site for charging devices. Potable water is available about 150 yards away. A communal fire pit is about 150 yards. River access is shared by all guests. Trash service is not provided. Please carry out all trash.

Riverside RV

Riverside RV site is a flat grassy space on top of the riverbank in a meadow. There is a private path down to the river, about 30 yards from the site. There is no designated "spot", it's more of a general area within the meadow. This space is the closest to the river. If you have a tent only and want the spot closest to the river, this is the spot to reserve. There is plenty of room for groups here. If more RVs or tents are expected, you can also book "Add-On Tent site" or "Add-On RV site." I am also willing to block off all sites if your group prefers exclusive use of the property. Message me for options. Guests will have access to a communal composting toilet and cold water sink. Electricity is about 50 yards from the site via standard outlet (no RV plug). Potable water is available about 100 yards away. A communal fire pit is about 150 yards. River access is shared by all guests. Trash service is not provided. Please carry out all trash.

This site is under the forest canopy so shade is ample. It is nearest the communal fire pit so you will have easy access to that, though others may use the fire as well. It is down a slight rise so it feels separate from other sites on the property, though it is a spot that is closer to the neighbors who occasionally camp nearby. There is room for two tents in this area. If you would like to camp with friends, then also book the "Add-On Tent site". The river access is about 150 yards away. The bathroom is about 100 yards. Water is about 50 yards. Guests will have access to a communal composting toilet and cold water sink. River access is shared by all guests. Trash service is not provided. Please carry out all trash.

Melanie is great and super thoughtful about making it a good experience. Clean bathroom, amenities, and the river spot is amazing. Will definitely return!

The host was super friendly, welcoming, and communicated great! She was very accommodating to our needs for privacy, having an extra unexpected guest, and checking out later than expected. We also bought one of her chickens! The tent was so freaking close to the river. Great spot to play in the water, get sun, run back to camp, eat, and do it all over again. The host’s dogs were the sweetest things! Just big balls of love.
