Tent site R13 - Huntsville Lagoons
This is the place to be!
What an amazing place to take your family. From the very friendly and welcoming staff to the beautiful views this is the perfect family getaway. Our campsite was perfect, they had fresh drinking water and toilets at every turn and the warm showers were awesome. Loved the charging station and little kitchen to wash dishes, it was a lifesaver. The beach was great and all the campers were super friendly, our dogs loved the little dog park and kids love the playground. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning next year.

RV site D10 - Huntsville Lagoons
Pro: Well maintained, close to amenities, friendly staff, friendly seasonal campers, good sized sites, very quiet before the long weekend and fairly quiet during the long weekend, minus our neighbors(not parks fault and see cons)
Cons: Old electrical infrastructure that causes low voltages and in my case had my EMS shut down the trailer multiple times over our stay, no indication that our site, D10, was a buddy site with D11(which caused us issues with people with no camping etiquette or manors or regards for the park rules and caused us to leave a day early), site was suppose to be a pull through but with the placement of the fire pit and the large pine with large low hanging branches, there was no way to pull through. If we could've pulled through, the design of the road would not allow proper access to the dump station.
Upon checking out I did discuss the issues with the staff member and was told there is a project in the works for the electrical, had no idea what a buddy site was but when explained would pass the info along to new owners, very apologetic for the issue with the people in D11 who had been complained about by other campers during the weekend.
Over all I would go back again, but just to a different site where I didn't have to be door to door with the people next to us unless of course they were actual friends, then the buddy sites would be nice.

RV site D10 - Huntsville Lagoons
We really enjoyed the space provided for our motorhome. The space was large; and the power and water hookups were close and simple. The park was quiet. The snapping turtles were amazing.
