We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! It was our second stay here, the first was 5 years ago. It was fun to be back with our kids a bit older.

This was a welcoming spot after being on the road for a few days. The spot was clean and quiet, complete with a cuddly kitten, a clean, full kitchen and a real bathroom. I was able to wash and cut our veggies and fruit and take our roasted chicken off the bone. It felt luxurious. I would stay here every time I cross the country on this path. Thank you for hosting us and for having a beautiful property!!!

This is a great location for campers or tents. This is also a great place for any event like a wedding. There are camper parking spots with 30 amp plugs and separate grass area for tents with 110 volt plugs. Picnic tables are under cover at the stables which also has a kitchen and half bath. Our host was very personable and welcoming. We felt very safe. Oh yea the kitty was sweet too.

Cute place next a barn, not much shade as others mentioned. Seemed to be quiet as well. The downside is we didn’t stay the night, this was just an overnight stop for us and there was a threat of tornados so we decided to push through to TX where there wasn’t a tornado threat. Wish we could have stayed the night, maybe next time we are though we will book a night or two.

Beautiful land with sunset views in a really small town in Oklahoma. Great electrical hook-up. Friendly caretaker on the property. It was 13 miles off of I-40, but still a very nice stop along our trip westward.

Wonderful property with absolute quiet which is what we wanted, but overpriced with the fact it's only a parking spot with power for $50+ and the option of firewood was great, but for an additional $25, it seemed kinda steep. All in all, we needed the power to recharge our tired batteries and it felt completely safe, so I would stay here again.

I was greeted by Eddie within minutes of arriving to show me where to park. Beautiful space. Horses and bulls to watch. Nice, quiet and safe. 5 bars for TMobile! The 30 amp connection was an excellent bonus. I would definitely stay there again.

We need an overnight location on a cross county trip. Phil’s location was great for us. He really has a beautiful facility!! We were greeted by Eddie. He was so helpful and made us feel so welcome. We really enjoyed talking with him! The parked our camper along a horse arena/ wedding venue. It was an impressive building. The site was level with very easy water and 30 amp hookups. A clean, modern half bath and kitchen facility was located in a very nearby barn. The area was quiet at night. We would definitely recommend staying here! We really enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the gorgeous barn property. Really lovely amenities for a tent camping spot. Indoor kitchen and bathroom with heating and air. Electricity easy to access, big lights above each site that you can choose to turn on and off, and awesome fire pit area. Our favorite part of the stay was the groundskeeper, Eddie, he was beautifully accommodating and took a genuine interest in our trip and story. The only thing that would really take this site to the next level would be a shower, but if you’re prepared - it’s no problem at all. Cool horses too, just horsin around - oh and a cat - AND THE DIRT ITS SO SOFT - PERFECTLY NEEDLE FREE VERY CLEAN

We loved our overnight stay at the stables!! Phil was quick to respond to any questions we had, and came out to greet us after we arrived. The area was clean and safe, so we had no issues letting our 4 year old run around and burn off some energy after a long day of driving! We would definitely return!

We love aKa stables for RVing. The hookups are really easy to access and the site is nicely level - minimal leveling required. It's quiet and close to town, so easy to drive/bike in for food/supplies.

Small property. The only shade is provided by buildings. Nothing for children. Facilities are nice with private bathroom and full kitchen. In 100 degree weather with two preteens, we decided to move on. No refund. If my wife and I had been alone in reasonable weather, the camp would have been enjoyable.

Facilities were very nice. It's great to have a bathroom and full kitchen available. Ideal overnight for traveling couple or single. Good WiFi. Not much available for kids to do. Limited property size, perhaps one acre. Not located on an actual ranch or farm. In mid summer, expect 100 degrees. The only shade available is provided by buildings.

Beautiful property! Phil and his barn manager, Eddie, were there to greet us in the evening. Phil walked us around the property, introduced us to his horse, Beauty, and made us feel welcome. Beauty is so friendly and will eat alfalfa or seed from your open palm. The property is very clean, the rv spots are level, and the kitchen, bathroom and laundry were a nice feature. I’d highly recommend to anyone stopping by Cordell.

My family had a great relaxing over night stay at Phil's place while we were on our big road trip.
Well kept clean camp site, beautiful barn and kitchen amenity and having an access to restroom was a definately plus for us.
Phil came greeted us upon our arrival, and showed great hospitality.
I would definately recommend Phil's place.

Unfortunately, I didn’t end up staying at Luxury Lodging a.k.a. Stables because I ran into some severe weather on my way and ended up having to change my plans. However, Phil was incredibly helpful, kind, and communicative in the days before my trip. Because I was car camping, he was concerned about where I would park since high winds were expected. He worked to find me a safe spot and made sure I was aware of the forecast. I’m sorry I wasn’t able to make it. Based on our interactions and the other reviews, I would recommend giving Phil’s spot a try!

Absolutely beautiful facility. Very friendly and hospitable! Only downfall are the football field lights from the school across the road on the south. Setup camp on the north side!

This was a fantastic place to stay- immaculate grounds, clean bathroom and kitchen, electrical hook up that was so accessible and easy! Beautiful arena, quiet and peaceful w a horse on the farm. Phil was so nice, met us the next day to say hello! Would def recommend- we had a great stay!
