Danielle came out and greeted me and we had a nice conversation about the area. Site has gravel, cement pad and grass areas to camp (your choice) on in a semi rural setting outside the town of Geneva on the Lake.
Hookups for electric (110 and 30 amp) as well as water were available. Which was very convenient.

Very private property with a lovely host! We enjoyed the peace and quiet there and had the electric and water hookups we needed for our camper. About a 13 minute drive to GOTL, so very convenient for us.

Had a really nice weekend at Sunny Acres. Lovely property, great little pond.
We camped at the end of a grass path next to the pond, near enough to the garage where water and electric is available but far enough to have some privacy and quiet. Popped a tent right in front of the pond, had morning coffee while watching a huge heron soar down silently to perch on a log. My wife tried fishing for the first time and loved it, we ended up pulling a bunch of sunnies and bass. Was honestly a really cool place and close to the Lake too.
It's not the most primitive-away in the wilderness kinda vibe but we still had a great time. There is a train nearby and occasional sounds of life in the distance but it gets super quiet at night, stars were surprisingly bright and visible. Had plenty of firewood and hosts were very chill.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone, especially if you want to check out Geneva on the Lake nearby.

Sunnyd Acres in Wine Country
The land was level and Danielle gave us full privacy. They also installed electricity for campers which is an added bonus. This location was close to the wineries and the Geneva Lake strip.
