2 acre hay field with one big shade tree. No hidden driveway. All open. Room to fly small electric R/C aircraft. RV’s welcome, just know all parking is in grass. Shop on site in case there is any need of a mechanic. This land is close to Hidden Spring Ranch where you can ride your ATV’s for a fee. Mad River is close if your in to canoeing.The Shade Tree is a great spot for ATV enthusiasts. It’s just a short drive to Hidden Spring Ranch. Mad River Gorge camp; Nature Preserve Is just minutes away for the hiking and rock climbing enthusiasts. Have Guns? Hidden Spring Ranch has a range that’s within walking distance. No trash, water, or restrooms available. Enjoy your day in the shade and an open sky at night to watch the stars.

We are unable to stay due to severe weather forecast but the hose was very polite & informative. Great communication.
