20 acre property with large and small barn. Just off of Interstate 70 and Rt 41. (approximately 1/4 mi from highway). Paved parking areas on each side of the barn with available water and electricity hook up on each side of the barn. Wooded lot with 1 mile walking trail on property for guests and pets. NOTE: Maximum stay on north and south BARN SITES is 3 consecutive nights. UNLESS we discuss the situation prior to the dates. For the TITUS RD DISPERSED SITE, I have a 30 day limit (longer is possible if OK'd before stay) Note, we have a rear patio porch and deck on the back of the house that we use and is in sight. 6 dogs between daughter next door (South side of barn) and us but both have fenced in yards that we try to keep the dogs in when campers are present. Dogs are harmless but do bark when they do not know you... City of Springfield is less than three miles away. A Sheets and Loves Truckstop are 300 yards away with the Loves having a dump station. Next door to this property is a BP Station and Carryout. The Loves Truckstop has a Wendys, Subway, and dog park. Sheets also has a food court. All within walking distance. Great location as Columbus is 30 min to the east, Dayton is 25 min to the west. 13 min to I 675 and 20 min to Interstate 75 N/S. I 71 N/S Columbus is 35 min away in downtown Columbus... NOTE: Little over a quarter of a mile off of Interstate 70, and on a State Route, If looking for absolute silence and desolation, this is not for you. Back off of the road but all the sounds carry.....Private open lot/field at rear of property. 3-4 Acres Separate entry via lane off Titus Road back towards cell tower. Lots of space and privacy. Across the street from Sheetz Truck Stop. Burn/Fire area available but need to provide your own wood...

David was very nice and . I made a mistake on the date of arrival and his response time was incredibly fast and very understanding and had no problem switching the date for me.

David is a great host and nice man. Be aware that he has two locations on Hipcamp but uses the same set of pictures for both. At the moment he only has one location available for rental and it is an open field across from a truck stop.

I loved camping on David's land on my bicycle trek across America. The location was great. It was near enough to a travel center to get food and just far enough away to be mostly quiet.

First time and was a great experience. The host was a great communicator and the site fit our needs with access to everything we needed close by. It was a stop over for a friend they got to spend time with local friends and catch up do some shopping and get rest in.

Property was as described. Friendly host, easy parking, close to dump site at very nearby truck stop. If you want absolute quiet this is not the place for you - you are very near a major interstate and along a state route. We didn’t mind the occasional sounds from them. Goat and chickens located out back fun to watch. We would book again for sure.

Nice, clean site close to electric and water hook ups. Host was nice and friendly. Goat was friendly too and loved a good head rubbing. Very nice area to take a short mile hike.

I would recommend if you’re looking for an easy place to camp which is right next to a major interstate. However that’s also the main issue with this site is the constant road noise.

Convenient location off the freeway but a lot of road noise and zero privacy. Had people from the house looking over a couple of times to check on us, it seemed.

Good site to sleep. Wide open grassy area on a hill over looking a truck stop. Near a truck stop so yes it can be noisy but didn't bother me and slept well.

Dave is friendly and accommodating. He has a lovely piece of property conveniently located. There are a couple of hiking trails on the property but we were there for a single night stopover and did not have time to explore. We would certainly stay here again.
