Enjoy the comforts of home at some sites—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.
A modern and eclectic experience, this forest lodge sleeps 16 and is set on a 58-acre nature preserve. Created by two artists, the curated aesthetics of this home are ideal for retreats, gatherings, and team building. Featuring steel sculptures, wood carvings, tile murals, and a black walnut kitchen and bar; this 4000 sq ft space has a walk out lower level and open floor plan with forest views. Includes WIFI with 200 Mbps, hot tub, sauna, outdoor shower, onsite hiking trails and nearby Hocking Hills Parks. Tiny Art Bungalows available in 2025 Pollinator Tiny Bungalow, Tiny Home/Cabin, sleeps 2. (undergoing current renovation) Another Tiny Art Bungalow coming soon, sleeps 2. Raven's Retreat Hocking Hills is just 2 miles from the western Hocking Hills town, Laurelville. There, you can get groceries, gas, supplies, and visit 6 family-owned restaurants. The closest larger towns are Logan, Lancaster, Circleville, and Chillicothe. We, Dustin and Raven, the owners of Sculptdecor, created most of what you will see in all of the spaces. Upon booking, you'll receive our personal cell numbers and a guidebook filled with local recommendations. State Parks/Nature Preserves nearby are: Rockhouse ( 6.5 miles ) Conkles Hollow ( 10.5 miles ) Whispering Cave ( 14 miles ) Old Man's Cave ( 14 miles ) Ash Cave ( 13 miles ) and several more! There are over a mile of private Hiking trails on the property. We are working with local naturalists to ensure that we maintain a healthy forest. We are unable to accommodate domestic animal friends/pets due to our senior dog Peanut who you may see somewhere around the property during your stay. For art enthusiasts, the Sculptdecor Shop, run by master sculptor Dustin Weatherby, is on the 58-acres closest to the Art Lodge located at the bottom of the driveway. Dustin specializes in animatronics, steel sculptures, wood carvings, mixed media sculptures, and starting in 2025, will offer live art performances and experience packages for guests. Feel free to stop by the shop and say hello, our home is on the same 58-acre property. Although you cannot see our home from the Art Lodge or Tiny Bungalows, we're often nearby to assist you if you need us. We hope you love our spaces as much as we do. Your hosts, -Raven and Dustin-

Domestic animals are allowed but due to attacks on wildlife, domestic animal visitors must be tied out or leashed at all times. Raven's Retreat is a Therapeutic, Vacation Rental Attraction, located in the Hocking Hills, where we focus on the well being of our guests and provide a Catered Experience to them.  People that stay at Raven's Retreat are often here to be immersed in Nature and visit the nearby Hocking Hills State Parks.  While here guests experience Seclusion, Peace, Tranquility and an Escape from Everyday Life.  All of our dwellings and spaces are inspired by Nature, Art, and overall Systemic Health.  Raven's Retreat is run by an Athletic Couple whom has turned their focus from competing in various combat sports, to Lifestyle Wellness Education.  This Education includes the pursuit of Mental Health through fostering Creativity and Self Expression, as well as, Nutrition, and Physical Fitness. There is lots of hiking on the property, and even more hiking at out local parks such as Rockhouse and Conkles Hollow State Park.  Conkles Hollow is our favorite park.  As for local food, we love the pizza down at Laurelville Pizza.  It's only a 4 min drive away.  If you'd like vegan cheese, it would be best to call a week ahead so they can make sure its stocked for ya.  The Ridge Inn, at the bottom of Thompson Ridge, is another good place to eat.  It is kind of like a fresh twist on American comfort food.  We want you to have a good time without disrupting others.  Overall, we do not allow loud parties but encourage friendly peaceful hang outs.  We have great respect for all the critters and our neighbors.  If you would like to use a camp shower, we only allow certain soaps to be used in order to maintain a healthy environment on the property.  We suggest using little to no soap on most of the body and if you do use soap, please use a biodegradable camp soap.  Please avoid the use of strong perfumes, as well. It is our goal to open this property to share with others that respect this wild area as much as we do.  Please note, these primitive camp sites are within an area where 11 turkeys pass, countless deer raise their young, and bats/birds frequent due to having a cleared area within the forest of the Hocking Hills.  For that reason, please be prepared to use lighting that is wildlife and pollinator friendly.  Such as more yellow or green lights once the sun has set.  Bright White or blue lights are NOT ideal for the night creatures.
