We "bought the farm" in 2005. It was a disastrous eyesore. Since then, we've spent tireless hours cleaning up the fences, building a new Farmhouse and a new barn/shop, planting lots of trees and gardens. We've raised Icelandic Sheep and cattle in the past. Currently we only have chickens. If you'd like to read about our sheep and house building adventures, check out my blog at quietthymefarm.Blogspot.com. While it is very quiet here, we do bale hay off our property. So if it's hay baling time, there may be hay equipment activity going on.
