Welcome to Our family farm of 170 acre ! We are two sisters with our husbands and children want to share with you our peaceful farm. Surrounded by Hills, Creeks, Woods, and Beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets! We are settled in the Hills of White Eyes Township. There is lots of history of Native Americans, and the first settlers in this area ( there is a great outdoor play based on a true story called Trumpet in the Land about 30 min from our location) On our farm you may still be able to find arrow heads in the creek bottoms! There is lots of wildlife that may wander through your camp site. The air is full of fresh Country smells. Some tame animals that you will see are Lowline cows ( miniature cows), Chickens, Pigs, Miniature Donkeys, Dogs, Cats. North of us 20 minutes you will find Sugarcreek ( the little Switzerland ) as well as south east of us Coshocton with canoeing and biking trails as well as Roscoe Village.

Pitch your tent in a secluded wooded area beside the creek and listen to the birds chirping. Fall asleep to the sound of crickets chirping,  water babbling , and stars over head.  All of these sites are walk in / hike in and  are secluded they also have their own fire pit and grill grate  as well as creek entrances. ~SITE 1 is Walnut Grove and parking is available close to your site ( about a 100 foot walk).  ~SITE 2 is Peaceful Stream, this site is more secluded there is parking at the beginning of the path and then it is a 200 foot walk back a mulched path to your camp site.  NOTE: the following sites are hike in on mowed paths. We do have wagons available to take your camping gear back.  They are also 10-12 minute walks from the porta jon, shower surround and hot &cold water ~ SITE 3 is Outback, this site is a hike in site - 10 minute hike. It is along the Creek bottom, the closest to the township road of all our sites. ~ SITE 4 is White Tail Hollow , this site is our most private, secluded, peaceful site on the farm. Located in a wooded hollow in the center of the farm surrounded by rolling hills and wildlife. It is worth the 10-12 minute hike back on the mowed path.  There are trails for walking through the woods, animals to see on the farm. If ordered there are homemade cinnamon rolls,  baked goods and in season produce available!  Amish country is 20 miles north along the way you can stop at Cabin Creek Golf for Sand Volleyball, Mini Golf, and batting cages. Roscoe village is 15 min south west, Ravens Glenn Winery and the Woolly Pig Brewery are south east 10 min.

Welcome to a our 170 acre Working Farm! We are two sisters along with our husbands and children who want to welcome you to enjoy our peaceful country farm!   At Pleasant Valley Farm Camp- We have made a few changes to this site for this year, *It is no longer a large group site !  -This is now a tent / camper site, However not this is not a secluded site  ( There is NO Water , Electric, or Sewer  hookup though) This site is settled beside a calm creek - with easy creek access.  There is an open meadow for games as well has a shower surround, porta jon, and pavilion with picnic tables for all our campers to enjoy!   We Surrounded by Hills, Creeks, Woods, and Beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets! There is lots of wildlife that may wander through your camp site. The air is full of fresh Country smells. Some tame animals that you will see are Lowline cows ( miniature cows), Chickens, Pigs, Miniature Donkeys, Dogs, Cats, and sheep. This farm produces soybeans, corn and alfalfa.  This township is called White Eyes Township due to Chief White Eye living in these hills ( you may still be able to find arrow heads in the streams) To the West is Roscoe Village, to the east is Raven Glenn Winery, and we are about 20 min south of Sugarcreek (Amish Country).

The Smokehouse

Looking for a quite get away on a peaceful secluded farm? Consider a stay at the "Smokehouse". Nestled at the far end of the Meadow at Pleasant Valley Farm Camp in a grove of trees, along a spring fed creek is the 'Smokehouse" where you can  unwind from the craziness of life. This is the original farm's smokehouse that was used in the the late 1800 - 1990 to smoke meat. The "Smokehouse" has been newly renovated into a primitive off grid camping cabin.  Inside you will find that all the wood timber framing was saved, cleaned and refinished. We have added a solar system with battery bank to allow for a ceiling fan for those warm summer days, and can lights in the ceiling. Sit at the desk inside the front window and enjoy the scenic and pleasant view valley between the crops and rolling hills. There are USB ports to charge your devises although cell service can be spotty.  Our one room cabin is equipped with a full bed. There are also 2 cots available to rent if needed. Along the rear wall sits a small wood stove for keeping warm and cozy during the winter, as well two hot plates on top on which cooking can be done. Guest should be aware that the water ( hot and cold), porta jon, and outdoor camp shower are located a short walk to the opposite end of the Meadow.  FOR OUR WINTER GUESTS: Please note access is a gravel field drive, 4WD is recommended. Also the water in the pavilion sink is disconnected during the winter months. There is a frost free hydrant with potable water a short walk from the cabin.

Camping at this site was great. The views are nice and you could see the stars clearly. Sheila was so nice and left us plenty of firewood to keep us warm as the night rolled in. I definitely recommend this site.

We usually camp in state parks, but after camping on Sheila's land, we may never camp anywhere else! We stayed at site 2, Peaceful Stream. The farm was beautiful, we had such a private site, and our hosts were wonderful. Definitely go for the cinnamon rolls - they're wonderful. The land brings forth such a peaceful feeling. And the amenities were more than satisfactory - a clean porta-jon, a shower with a shower bag, and running water. It felt like we were the only people around for miles. The site is a short walk from the car, down a little mulched path. There are even wagons to use to haul your camping gear. The hosts thought of everything, and I know we'll definitely be back.

My friend and I had a fantastic and fun weekend camping on Sheila’s land! The spot is genuinely beautiful and very nice, offering a perfectly secluded and private experience with truly pretty views. The overall amenities were great, and we loved the extra treats—the cinnamon rolls were delicious! Highly recommend!

We booked this spot for my daughter’s 8th birthday and every detail was perfect. The spot is a short walk from the car, but feels very private and peaceful. We loved the area nearby with swings, toys and the sink at the shelter was very convenient. To top it off, the cinnamon rolls were a delight. We highly recommend!

Pleasant Valley Farm Camp
The hosts have created a cool community area with an incredibly clean porta potty, hot and cold filtered water, and a shower surround. There’s a large pavilion with tables and a play area for kiddos. I stayed in the site accessible for car camping and it is directly across from two large tanks - not the best view and an intermittent fuel odor. I probably wouldn’t stay at this particular site again but perhaps one of the walk in tent sites.

The family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Pleasant Valley Farm. We stayed at site 2 Peaceful Stream and it was nice and secluded yet easy to access. The cinnamon rolls are an absolute must! Some beautiful hiking all around the property and we really long enjoyed saying high to pigs. Shelia and her family were very kind and welcoming, they lent us with an item we forgot and it was very helpful! The hot water and sink in the community area was a fantastic amenity and the porter potty was the cleanest we have ever seen. Fantastic stay, beautiful farm, highly recommend!

I stayed for 1 night while I was fishing in the area. Nice farm and nice host. The spot for RVs is flat and easy to get to. She showed me where everything is on the property and supplied me with some wood for a fire. I will stay here again if I’m in the area.

Pleasant Valley Farm Camp
We had a great time camping in our rooftop tent at Pleasant Valley Farm. The property and amenities were as described except for one benefit we weren’t expecting: the listing said potable water was available, so we were anticipating a hand pump or spigot. Instead, there was a utility sink in the pavilion with hot and cold running water. It made everything related to meal cleanup and showers that much simpler. The only downside for us was that while the camping area generally was mostly shaded, our specific site was open to the sun from about 9am to around 6pm, and since it was sunny the weekend we visited, it got quite hot. That said, we’d simply prepare differently for that possibility in the future because we enjoyed ourselves so much and we want to visit the area again in the future.

Sheila and Jana and the Pleasant Valley Farm were fantastic. The site was large and secluded for its proximity to the parking area and the wash station/ restroom. The cinnamon rolls were amazing and the 7 year old’s favorite part. The short walking trails provided a nice view of the rolling hills and the sunset. Visiting the farm animals was a nice change of pace from your typical state park. We were even able to purchase some fresh green beans and peppers to bring home. We would definitely go back.

This was our second trip back to the Peaceful Stream site with a group of friends, including kids from age 3 to 6. It’s a fantastic spot that is secluded enough to feel private, but close enough to the parking area that it isn’t too tough to bring equipment back to the site. The wagons that Shelia provided made things so much smoother! The site itself is fantastic. It’s wooded enough have to have good shade, while having enough open sky to see the stars. The little creek running behind the site was awesome for the kids to play in. We really appreciated being able to purchase firewood and delicious cinnamon rolls to have on site. We will definitely be returning!

Whitetail Hollow checked all the boxes for us. The hosts were wonderful & accommodating, and the site was rustic & remote but had plenty of amenities, including a cart to carry our belongings up the hill to our site. Our kids had a lot of fun playing in the stream, enjoying the views, and checking out the farm animals (and the "beautiful kittens"). We had a great time & look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful camping experience! The place was peaceful, surrounded by nature, and incredibly beautiful. Everything was clean and we had what we needed close at hand. We had a lot of fun, and so did our dogs—under our supervision, of course, as leashes are required most of the time. Sheila was always attentive, from the moment we arrived until we left, making sure everything went smoothly. We’ll definitely be back!

Very beautiful property. We enjoyed our peaceful campsite. Private yet still close to bathroom and a pavilion with a sink. This is an active farm that you can explore. The family of horse were absolutely the highlight of my visit. Loved our visit on this land.

The farm is super cute and there's so much space! We had a great time on the trails, in the pavilion, and seeing the cute farm animals. Especially the pigs! The hosts were attentive and friendly and their cinnamon rolls are so freaking good. They even gave us extra out the gate just because some of them came out of the oven a little small. I also proposed to my boyfriend while here and they allowed me a guest for the event!

This was our second time staying here. We stayed at the peaceful stream site this time. It was beautiful, and peaceful. There was sound loud chain sawing for a few hours during the day and some other campers had a pretty noisy generator, but overall it was great, and the hosts are always so friendly.

Absolutely beautiful. Definitely will be staying again. The walk to our site was a little bit of a hike because it’s uphill but totally worth it. Took our 4 year old and 10 month old and they did great. Cute little playground and very nice hosts.
