It’s nice but a few things...
Let me first say the good. The hosts (her sons?) were fantastic and very welcoming, checked on us to make sure we had everything etc.
We stayed in the tree section and it was a beautiful spot.
The bad. The site was very close to the house...not the worst thing but close.
The ugly. This is not their fault of course but it is across the street from a race track. If races are going on it’s LOUD but only in the day but it was almost all day
And this wasn’t a huge deal but 1am we could hear at the front of the house someone talking loudly about mask wearing or something...I’m sure that’s not an every day occurrence but being so close to the house it woke everyone up.

What a joy it was to stay here for an evening. We were warmly welcomed with good vibes and a comfy space to set up camp. We will definitely be back again, and recommend this space to any and everyone <3 thanks again, Tracy. we can’t wait to see how your space continues to flourish <3

We had the BEST time!!! It was 5 adults and 4 kids and we will have forever memories from our weekend! This land is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for true rustic campers, tracy is the sweetest nicest host and person you could hope for, everyone was very friendly and helpful! They have great ideas for this beautiful land so if you dont mind a little work and true camping in the wilderness this is perfect, they also have spots for ppl that dont want to be deep in the woods and just want to enjoy a weekend in the country with a perfect stargazing spot, a true gem! We will definitely be returning and helping make it even more amazing!!

Not what i expected
There was no comparisson to the property and what they had said on the site. There was trash, broken glass, peices of metal on the ground, and broken lawn chairs. It was very close to the house (you can see the house) and no accessible trail from what i saw. I was misguided by the description on the page and disappointed with how unsafe it wss and where the site was placed. We ended up staying one night.
