I loved this place. It was rainy, so I just parked on the gravel drive instead of venturing out into the acres of grassy countryside, but I had the whole place to myself and the views were wonderful. Even though you can't hook up the RV, you have access to fresh water, hot showers, clean toilet, microwave, and some basic kitchen supplies, indoor seating/game area, and a cute kitty to cuddle. Jay was friendly and easy to work with and the location is convenient, GPS works fine with Jay's added directions for getting in the right driveway. I will definitely recommend this to by RVing friends.

Jay was an amazing host and greeted as we arrived, even though we arrived after 10PM!
The property was extremely clean and well maintained. He also offers and amazing building for guests with a shower, toilet and small kitchen area with a microwave, ice maker, and coffee maker. The building also has a basement with all kinds of games like ski ball, pinball, foosball, and a Pac-Man arcade table.
Really an amazing property for the price! We'll definitely be back.

We loved staying at Jay’s place. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. It really exceeded expectations and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer spot to spend the night. Jay even went out of his way to help sort out an error I made in the initial reservation. Stay here! Highly recommended!

Beautiful land and great amenities. Jay and Coco greeted me and gave me a brief tour of the camp facilities. I camped in the valley in a book not visible from the deck of the common building. Two deers visited me both mornings. Would camp again.

Jay H. was quick to respond to messages. Entire acreage was inviting and open; more amenities than were listed in the description! With nearby Darby Trail system, this could absolutely be a location that allows for multiple day adventures.

We were very comfortable and had a great overnight stay. Jay was very welcoming and gave us multiple options for where to pitch our tent. We stayed by the huge deck that was right near the bathrooms. The bathrooms and shower were clean and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Jay accommodated me very well with my last minute request. The directions to get there were perfect. I arrived via Highway 70 and then road 142. Very clean and very quiet place. Good WIFI. Good appointed outdoor . Clean and functional bathroom. Beautiful place.

As others have said, beautiful land, great accommodations, great host! Stayed while biking the OTET. I also recommend the Greek restaurant 2 miles away in West Jefferson, it was fantastic.

I stayed here for about two weeks while working in Columbus. This is a lovely little property conveniently located for OSU/downtown cbus, while still feeling peaceful and rural. The amenities including showers and access to electricity and covered spaces are excellent for a hipcamp at this price point. Close to metro parks and Oak Grove Tavern about two miles down the road has good food and vibes. Jay is a great host. Only complaint is neighbors partying all night one weekend night, but I was still able to sleep. If you are a light sleeper consider ear plugs just in case. Overall a great spot! I would definitely stay here again.

Jay was friendly and very hospitable, while matching his guests' energy. Excellent spot with plenty of room and flexibility, and a great bathroom and kitchen area. Nice, quiet location with plenty of nature sounds. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

Jay is super hospitable and has a great set up. We were riding the OTET. He is about 2 miles off the trail- and there is a decent hill to get to his location- but definitely worth it. Clean facilities, flat ground for tents, and a great sheltered area & clubhouse in case of bad weather. 10/10 recommend.

Jay was very nice and helpful, great property with nice clean amenities. I would stay here again. Only downside was another camper’s dog barking into the night and neighbors were partying so not as quiet as I’d hoped but still nice!
