Come stay at our little sustainable farmstead amid the beautiful rolling hills of southern Ohio! Our peaceful 20 acres has a good mix of woods, wild meadows and maintained cleared areas as well as a small pond, all of which can be explored via our nature trail. Enjoy the sounds of nature and an incredible night sky. Farm fresh eggs and fresh produce are available for purchase during the growing season and firewood is available all year round. There is also a wonderful sauna on the property that can be reserved. Great hiking, kayaking, biking, birding, fishing, swimming, and disc-golfing opportunities just a few miles away at Paint Creek State Park and the Highland Nature Sanctuary. Amish country is also just 15 minutes away with a great bakery, markets and greenhouses. This area is home to an impressive network of ancient earthworks including the world famous Serpent Mound. Our accommodations range from primitive tent-camping to "glamping" in one of our tiny off-grid cabins. The sites are spaced out for privacy and each site offers a private picnic table and fire pit. There are two shared privies/outhouses which have basic composting toilets. A grassy parking area is provided near the road, however, ALL SITES ARE WALK-IN ONLY. Greenfield (5 miles north) is the nearest town and has two grocery stores, restaurants, a bar, hardware, gas, etc. Bainbridge (7 miles south) has gas, hardware, a couple of restaurants, dollar store, amish businesses, etc.

Cedar Sanctuary A-Frame (site 6)
The land was beautiful and had everything you could need and more. The sauna and fresh produce for sale was an added bonus. We went to go kayak on paint creek and it was a 5 minute drive to get to the boat ramp. We would absolutely stay there again!

Little Fern Cabin
Aimee’s land is absolutely beautiful. The others campers were very polite and good neighbors. So many great campsites, cabins, nature trails. Very cool to have access to her produce too. Book it you won’t regret it!

Site 3 (woodland gully)
This is my favorite place to camp!
This is my second time at Fruitdale Farm and I highly recommend it! It is such a beautiful property with the nature trails and farm. The sites are all clean and well-maintained. This is a great place to go stargazing as well on a clear night because there isn't much light pollution. A wonderful experience immersed in nature. I will say, site 3 is not as private as some of the others! You can clearly see the site across the bridge, and it's right behind the staging area where other people were hanging out and playing cornhole. It was still a lovely experience but I will pick a different site next time!

Site 3 (woodland gully)
Venue was clean and nice, firewood and bathroom available. Some of the pictures are misleading though, as u can't swim or kayak on the property as we intended, you have to go to the creak 8ish miles away.

Site 5 (woodland gully)
We enjoyed tent camping on Aimee’s land. The site nearby was a bit loud but they were friendly ! The walk to the site was a bit difficult with our wagon full of equipment but we managed. There was some trash at the site which we were sad to see. Overall it was a fun experience :)
