Wonderful location! Close to Wineries, Grand River, Geneva on the Lake, SPIRE, covered bridges and so much more. Dancing Moon acres is still in her transformation phase but she is still beautiful and cozy. In addition guests will have access to a 24 x 60 pole building with heat and cozy seating and more if it's chilly outside. Porto pots on property (just until our bath house gets completed).
We will be open April 4- April 10 for boondocking and glamping AND having a watch party for the Solar eclipse April 8!
April 7 we will have weather permitting a small picnic set up for our guests to enjoy and shortly after a movie in the large pole building with popcorn available. April 8 we will have Cove Creek BBQ food truck available for food purchase. Solar eclipse glasses for our guests and a DJ following the solar eclipse to finish off a wonderful day!
We have 5 boondocking camper sites ( close to the road on solid ground) and 8 boondocking tent sites.
Dawn's land is spacious and clean, beautifully decorated with solar lights along the paths. A choir of frogs in a nearby pond and a sound of the distant train made a nice soundtrack to our stay. Dawn and Sandy were very helpful and welcoming. What really made the difference from other camping sites that we visited is a feeling of community around the fire pit in the evenings. You can either join the group or walk by and say hello, but you can feel that you are always welcome to be a part of the crowd. We couldn't ask for more!
I can't review the land itself as we weren't able to make it, but I can review Dawn. She was an excellent host who answered questions VERY promptly and was genuinely so welcoming. I planned to send her a message about us not arriving, but she beat me to it by checking up on us as the day got later. I really appreciate her being so sweet and communicative and would likely stay here in the future if I had cause to do so.
I had the best time ever staying with these amazing people. Happy camper and good vibes are essential in life and this place is not lacking in positivity.
Great place to stay. We were made to feel like part of the family and had an amazing experience. Everything is well thought out and I wish them nothing but success in the future.
