The host was very kind and responsive to my questions via the app, but unfortunately once we arrived the site wasn’t what we expected. It was more of a parking space along a gravel road- close to two other campers and not much space. We left before staying the night because unlike typical campsites that have space to play and run around, there would have been nowhere for our kids to hang out. Additionally, upon arrival there was a dog by the house that was barking non stop. It would have been very hard to relax, especially since we brought our dog with us. This site might be better for someone else, but I wouldn’t recommend it to people with kids that want space to play, walk around and explore. Unfortunately there was no offer to refund after expressing my concern that the site didn’t match the description.

Great location and scenery. Easy to back into our spot and the hook ups all worked out great. Unfortunately for us it snowed sideways our entire trip but we can’t wait to go back next fall!

Leah’s site was exactly as explained. We had full hookups at site 2. You will definitely have to back in off the road with a TT. It is a straight line back down a slope to the level area. I had no trouble with a 23ft trailer. Site 1 seemed to have a more permanent set up with a TT setup. The area was clean and quiet. Although it rained most of the time we were able to enjoy our camper one last time and brought in the New Year. Leah’s husband came out upon arrival to make sure that we had everything we needed. It was a great last minute trip and we enjoyed the peace and the sound of the creek. It’s close to our home so we fully intend to check it out again in warmer weather.
