Very quiet neighborhood ideal for star gazing, fishing, boating, hiking etc. Learn more about this land: This is a waterfront property on a lake that’s only 7 to 8 feet deep. Great for fishing (with boat/kayak) for Pickerel and Bass. Deer frequently visit the neighbourhood. Currently, there is no dock at the lot but there is a public boat launch. Very quiet place to be close to nature. Currently no amenities such as drinking water or toilets. NO SWIMMING HERE. There is another lake (Dollar lake - provincial lake) that is 10 minutes away. It has a beautiful beach with a lifeguard- if you wish to swim. There is a golf course, 20 minutes away and Halifax International Airport is only 30 minutes away.
