Our tiny 10x12 cabin is perfect for 1-2 campers/hikers not far from Grandfather Mt, Sugar Mt, Roan Mt and Boone. Nestled in our small mountain community, we offer a simple accommodation with easy parking, use of our own bathroom/shower, and morning coffee for Hipcampers. Double futon, dry toilet in the cabin (regular toilet a few steps away), firepit and outdoor table make this an economical short-term stay for hikers.Tiny cabin is on our back lot in a small community. It has electricity and wifi (wifi is intermittent in the cabin but works well on the deck. There is a dry toilet in the cabin, but flush toilet and shower is in our house. We keep the door unlocked and you are free to enter at your convenience. There is ample picnic space by the firepit and on the deck.

Tiny House Near Grandfather Mt
The tiny cabin had everything 1-2 campers needed for a short stay: a comfy futon to sleep on, a fridge, a microwave, water, and a dry toilet. It was so quiet and peaceful, we enjoyed sleeping in and listening to the rain on the roof. Debra was responsive and welcoming - we would recommend this site to others :)

This tiny cabin is very cute and comfortable. Perfect for one person to escape for the weekend. The location is very quiet. It will remain on my list of favorites for future use.

I never made it to Debra’s but she was very responsive and ensured that all my questions and concerns were addressed. I still want to visit the area and hope to stay with her then.

Great Getaway
Tiny House Near Grandfather Mt
I was a guest for a month at Debra's tiny cabin and all I can say is what a wonderful experience I had. The cabin is comfortable, private, spacious, and is in a Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Debra is kind, gracious host and more than accommodating. I felt like a family member. The property has a large private deck with a canopy of beautiful mature hard wood trees surrounded by rhododendrons and sassafras trees. The location is perfect to access all great areas in Boone and Blowing Rock, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, and all skiing areas. The small town of Newland is close by and has a great Mexican Restaurant , gas stationsand , convenience and grocery stores. Once again, Great Experience and, yes, I would do it again.
