Established in 1938 by Roger and Doris Strickland, The Roger Strickland Farm is a picturesque 80 acre, working farm situated in Bailey, North Carolina. The stunning tree-lined farm, complete with a three-acre pond and charming American-style farmhouse built in 1910 has served as the home and gathering place of the Strickland family and our friends for nearly 80 years. Private location 1/4 mile back from the main road and across the 3.5 acre pond from our private residence via a dirt path. Parking is in the grass overlooking our 80 acre farm and 3.5 acre pond and surrounded by fields that extend to our tree lined property lines. The grassy area where you'll park is relatively hard and level as there used to be a house on that lot. I believe the grassy area is approximately 1/2 an acre.
