Private with full hookup and they even supplied firewood!

What an absolutly beautiful site! Michael and Jenny were so helpful and friendly!!!!! They met us upon arrival and helped us park. We were also greeted by their fur babies too, such sweet and friendly pups! We will be back for sure!!!!

We arrived later than expected, and it was dark. We were greeted by the owners who helped us park and gave us light to get set up. Lots of open space for our kids to play. The kids especially loved Meeting and loving on all the sweet fur babies all weekend. Short walk to the river, which the kids also loved! Michael and Frank and their wives and mother were so sweet and so welcoming. They had a gathering where they Invited us for dinner and allowed our kids to come and play. Great place for families! We will be back!

We throughly enjoyed our time a Jenny’s river camping spot! The kids loved being able to get in the river to tube, swim and fish! There is a handful of very sweet furry visitors that came along in the river and greeted us at our camp site the kids loved that! Our first evening there we were able to enjoy a delicious watermelon and tomatoes from the garden that was an added treat!!

This was our first HipCamp trip and The River was an awesome experience. The site was perfect and level for our RV; it was peaceful and close to nature. There was a lovely grassy area for our dog to roam, and he enjoyed having their dogs around. Perfect host and we definitely want to return! Thank you for a wonderful first-time experience.

From the moment we arrived at the camp site, Mike and Jenny made us feel very welcome. The property is very safe behind a gated entrance. As we pulled up we were greeted by Jenny who showed us around the site. It was well kept and very clean with a beautiful access to the river which had kayaks and tube's to utilize as needed. Mike was able to help us park the RV and connect all the needed utilities for our stay. Throughout the vacation, they checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything, which was nice since it was our first trip. They gave us full access to the vegetable garden on site and also had starlink Internet if that's something you're looking for. They also recommended some great local attractions for us to explore. There's is absolutely nothing bad I can say about this site. My family and I enjoyed our trip and would recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing, peaceful, and relaxing experience. We would love to return to the river site 2 on our next visit.

My family and I stayed the weekend here, and we really enjoyed it. We met the owners as we pulled in, and they were super friendly and helpful. The river is beautiful and the property is nice and quiet at night. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

This was a nice spot. Quiet and peaceful. You are really close to the river and can hear the water from your site. Nice shade and plenty of room for a big rig. Area was clean and easy to get to. About 15 minutes from South Mountains State Park.

River Camp is the perfect place to unwind and relax. It is so quiet and peaceful. I could fish and sit in the river all day. Most of all Michael and Jenny were terrific host and made us feel at home.

Jenny and Michael were excellent hosts. Welcoming, helpful and recommended some local spots for us to check out! The campsites were very well-maintained, and the landscaping was nice. Beautiful spot on the river, our dog enjoyed it very much, too! We would definitely go back!

Nice, clean, private and quiet spot about 40ft from the river. Jenny and Michael are really nice people, hearing the river from our camping spot is awesome. Plenty of woods and fields for kids to have old school fun. Would definitely go back.

So relaxing. Great place with just a couple big spots. Easy in and out. Close to good hiking at South Mountain State Park, then great breweries in Morganton. We'll definitely be back. Host was helpful and welcoming.
