Caterpillar RV Site
The lights coming on at night were so cool!!! Even my teenage boys liked it. We tent camped in an RV slip, and the sound of the stream at night was heavenly. It’s a beautiful campground with lots to see, and it was nice and quiet. Next time we would love to rent the Knight Bus. I definitely recommend it for families and anyone who enjoys playful fantasy scenes.

Twice Bitten - Ready for a Third
This was my second visit with my RV. The property is beautiful. I love lying in a chair by the stream and listening to the water flow by. The bath house is cleaner and nicer than many hotel bathrooms I've experienced. They have a dog wash station out there now too, which is super neat.
The work camping staff was so friendly and nice. They took us on tours of the various cabins and busses, and they brought wood down for a community fire one night. We really enjoyed them.
As usual, the whole property was outfitted in twinkling lights at night giving it a completely enchanted feeling. The fairy garden is still my favorite, even after it was mauled by a group of 3-7 year olds the first day I was there.
I love that they have plenty of GOOD SEASONED firewood right there available for purchase.
This is one of my favorite spots, and I'll definitely be back when the weather warms up - we got pretty cold this past weekend.
The area is quiet and tranquil, and it's a great place to rest. There are a few restaurants in town and Nocturnal Brewing is right down the road. There's an Ingles in town for groceries too and it's really nice.
The only thing about the place that is less than ideal is the size of the RV slips. They are VERY narrow. I have a 30 foot Class C and very little room beneath the awning (awning actually goes over the neighbor's slip). Backing into them is a bit of a challenge. Power and water work great though.

Great Place!!
Very cute campground, clean, and the owners and her employees ere EXTREMELY KIND. Only draw back was how far the bathrooms are from the RV slips. The portable was also a good distance away. I drove up at night when I had to use the bathroom wasn’t bad just super inconvenient for tent campers.
