Abandoned waterfront train track bed perfect for up to 3 pop ups or sprinter vans! 10 minute walk to Beaufort Docks - or bike or kayak! Also really nice grassy tent sites under the magnificent live oak trees. Very special place in the #1 small coastal town in America. **All sites have water & electricity.

Camping on John’s land was great! And the views were spectacular! The luminous lights in the trees were a special touch.
