Trails for hiking and horseback riding into the Pisgah are accessible from the property. Enjoy 360 degree views of the Blue Ridge Mountains; and, a beautiful view looking over Lost Cove towards Grandfather Mountain.

Bring your own horse for an extra stable fee (message to inquire) or use our trails to hike right into the Pisgah National Forest from the RV site. . A non-private outdoor shower is available along with Wi-Fi, water hookup, and 30amp power is available.

Welcome to our rustic yurt retreat on the farm. This primitive campsite offers a peaceful stay tucked just off the beaten path—reachable by a short hike from the parking area. Nestled beside the Pisgah National Forest, our 16’ yurt sits on a private deck and features a king-sized bed, cozy furnishings, basic cookware, and all the fresh mountain air your soul could ask for. Enjoy your own private fire pit right at the campsite. Firewood is available for purchase at Teague Mountain Farm—outside firewood is not permitted to protect our land and trees. Need a little light? The yurt is equipped with solar lanterns, solar-lit walkways, and even a 24-inch Blackstone griddle for easy outdoor cooking. Guests can take a short walk to Teague Mountain Barn, where Wi-Fi and a public outdoor shower are available. Pet lovers welcome—well-behaved pets are allowed for an additional fee and must remain on a leash at all times. For nature seekers, hiking trails lead directly into the Pisgah National Forest—perfect for exploring, birdwatching, or simply breathing it all in. Whether you’re here for a digital detox, a forest escape, or a unique stay under the stars, this yurt offers a simple and soul-filling connection to nature.
