Join us in the majestic Appalachian Mountains! Our secluded 18-acre property offers visitors a range of options. Find quiet tranquility by staying onsite, or take advantage of easy access to surrounding communities like charming Mars Hill (3 miles away) and vibrant downtown Asheville (22 miles). The property is in the early stages of becoming a sustainable farm. We welcome guests to experience it as a blank canvas and ask that you act as compassionate stewards in maintaining its natural beauty. Tents only for now, as construction of the first cottage is nearly underway. Please note: Guests must bring their own water, as our well is not yet operational. Finally, the neighboring farm grazes cattle on a portion of the upper ridge of the property. Guests must stay to the south and west of the electric fence.Open space in surrounding mountains. Upper Pasture With Mountain Views

Perfect spot for our overnight stay! Came up for a college visit with my son and stayed here overnight. Nice level spot near the barn at the top of the hill with a very clean port a potty. Woke up to a visit from the neighbors sweet grazing cows. While my car is 4wd I think you could make the trek to the top in a 2-wd if there is no rain in the forecast. One rut on the way up that a low clearance car’s bottom might hit. Views are amazing, perfect for star gazing, only 2 miles from Mars Hill College and very quiet. Looking forward to returning .
