Sasquatch Ranch is a private and beautiful 40-acre retreat located in Littleton, North Carolina, just minutes from I-95. This unique property features three individual "Earth Home" units that can be rented separately or together for larger groups, offering a fun and safe environment for families and friends to create lasting memories. Each unit is thoughtfully equipped with modern comforts to ensure a pleasant stay. Depending on the unit, you will find fully equipped kitchens, comfortable family rooms, air conditioning, air purifiers, and Starlink internet. For added convenience, the units also include private bathrooms and washers and dryers. Outside, guests can relax on their private decks or gather around the shared beach area and fire pits. The ranch offers an array of on-site activities to keep everyone entertained. You can enjoy catch-and-release fishing in the pond, take the paddle boat out for a spin, or try your hand at cornhole and frisbee golf. Nature lovers will appreciate the wooded trails throughout the property and the chance to meet the friendly resident mini goats. Fresh eggs are also available right from the ranch. Located a short drive from Lake Gaston, the property is perfectly situated for water sports and world-class striper fishing. The town of Littleton offers local breweries and dining, while nearby Roanoke Rapids provides additional shopping and entertainment options. Whether you are looking for a quirky weekend getaway or a base for coastal day trips, Sasquatch Ranch provides a one-of-a-kind outdoor experience.

Our home is private as well as our pool by our home for liability reasons. The hens are temperamental so we can’t allow guests in with the hens. Any other areas that are no access will be marked clearly. Other things to note This photo above is of all 3 units. The one bedroom units are the two end ones and the two bed unit is the middle one. This listing is for the one bedroom unit on the right. Just a short drive to beautiful Lake Gaston! Take a day trip to several beaches! Virginia Beach is only about 1.5 hours and the legendary Outer Banks is approximately 3 hour drive Littleton has a great local brewery as well as dining and grocery stores Roanoke rapids has a dining, bowling and grocery stores Lake Gaston offers a brand new place to eat call One eyed jacks and also there is the Waters View. Both place have great food and atmosphere and are on the lake! You can rent boats and other water sport activities Lake Gaston as well. Plus there is excellent fishing this is the Striper fish capital!

Such a lovely spot! Very cool design - comfortable bed, had everything we needed & more! Dean was welcoming and so thoughtful - we loved the fresh eggs and getting to feed the goats! 10/10 would recommend
