Welcome to our Appalachian sanctuary, a location perfect for campers seeking a serene and natural camping experience. Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, our property is surrounded by mountains and valleys, with constant flowing water in the form of waterfalls, creeks, and ponds. Our rental location features 7 ponds, a natural spring-fed creek, 11 waterfalls, and a private 1-acre swimming pond with a white sand beach. Additionally, guests can enjoy a barrel sauna and spring-fed cold plunge, a community kitchen with cooking supplies, large stove and full size fridge, 4 fishing ponds, Japanese Zen architecture and gardens, hiking trails, and two pit toilets. For those looking to explore the surrounding area, Lake Chatuge is just minutes away, offering over 135 miles of shore for boating, tubing, fishing and water sports. Hidden trails on our property lead to private water access and natural sculpture gardens, as well as a parkour playground, trampoline, swings, zip line as well as bouldering opportunities in the adjacent untouched forest. Our Hipcamp location has a happy, freeing energy with a zen and grounded vibe. Guests are encouraged to intermingle and have deep conversations around one of the community fire pits. For those looking for a bit more of relaxation and healing, we offer weekend sound baths in our ceremonial Stargazer Belle Tent, closing of the bones ceremonies for mothers, and guided outings to nearby Blue Hole Falls. On average, Hayesville enjoys 200 sunny days per year, making it an ideal location for outdoor adventures and activities. The town center, just 10 minutes away, features a variety of restaurants, coffee and wine bars, as well as major grocery and hardware stores. Stargazer Belle Tent

Magical camping!

We had a great time while staying at Sacred Springs in the Stargazer tent. The property was large and we explored all around it. It’s also not a far drive from grocery stores and restaurants if you need to leave the property. Once we arrived two cats greeted us and accompanied us the whole trip. They were the sweetest cats who guided us throughout the property. Would def recommend this place! Also the sauna was a great part.

Lower Falls

We loved our stay at sacred springs. The layout of the land is perfect for a relaxing and recharging experience. We tent camped at the lower falls and I would highly recommend this location if you are also pitching a tent. It’s very private and the sound of the steam is very soothing. It’s also just a short walk to all the amazing amenities (kitchen, sauna, cold plunge). Waking up to a hot sauna each morning was a pleasure I didn’t know I needed in my life until now. We’ve been traveling around the country for the past 3 months and this was definitely one of our favorite places of the entire trip. We were sad to leave and would love to return again one day.

The Boho RV

Such an incredible stay at Jesse’s RV and surrounding. We stayed with our toddler and had a blast. Everything was so comfortable, we had everything we needed. We left to go hiking once and honestly didn’t need to, this place was perfect on its own.

Lower Falls

Second visit- even better this time

We had an absolutely amazing time - this was our second camping trip to this place and it was even better than the first. We experienced the sauna and the cold plunge. Swam in the lake and tried out SUP. My son loved exploring the property , playing in the creeks, chasing the cats and fishing with his dad. We love staying here and hope to be back again soon. It’s a perfect spot for families to camp, there’s something for everyone. Thank you again Jessie for sharing your lovely property with us.

Lower Falls

This is such a beautiful place. A friend recommended it to me, and I brought my dog. It was just the two of us for the first night, and Jesse met us and escorted us to our camp site. The dog and I enjoyed swimming the next day; I also enjoyed the sauna! It is peaceful and has plenty to do. The shared kitchen is well-appointed. I plan to stay here again!
