Welcome to “One lot away from Deep Creek” In the back of our lot are two concrete camper pads, one 50 amp and one 30 amp. Both have city water and sewer. We are one lot off the creek. Private camper pad in the Deep Creek Area of Bryson City, just a few hundred yards away from Deep Creek Park. The pad is located in the back yard of our weekend home in the far back corner. • Less than 2 miles from center of Bryson City • City water/sewer. • 50amp power • Plenty of room for a 5th wheel, AirStream or giant land yacht • 20x15 ft deck • Walk to Deep Creek • Walk / Golf Cart to Deep Creek park • Strong cell signal • Private – No one ten feet away from you • Bi-monthly yard service No B.S. Disclaimer and Rules: Season is through Nov 1. We will consider staying past Nov 1, provisions for water lines have to made. We are one lot from deep creek, our neighbors allow us to walk through the back end of the property to access the creek. Technically we do not have access, just kind neighbors. We also keep an eye on their property. Big dogs ok. There is no fence. That being said, read more. We occasionally have bears. The rare elk, and coyotes have been seen in the area. Now with Wifi, we do have a 4~5 bar cell signal with good data. (I have Verizon) There is a Christian summer camp on the other side of the tree line with a pool. Not sure how they will play out because of the recovery from the shut down. So expect noise from children. Normally by dark they are gone. Fire pit in front of the 50amp pad. Fire wood. You can get local pit wood very cheap by the truck load. Or buy it at the local camper sites. No Smoking – (Unless you are a cigar smoker.) Please keep things clean and neat. We have weekly trash service.
