Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Completely remodeled January of 2022. Our cabin sits on 20 acres with beautiful mountain views. Away from the hustle and bustle, but only 30 minutes to Asheville, and close to shopping, restaurants, hiking, rafting, waterfalls, and much, much more! Enjoy getting away as a couple, or with the kids. Just steps away from our game room with pool, ping pong, foos ball, air hockey, darts, and exercise room. Come pet the animals! This 1 room cabin includes 1 King bed, pullout queen sofa, large comfy chair, dining table for 4, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, grill, picnic table, fire pit, cooking essentials, towels, and linens. This cabin is next to a bathhouse. There is a mens and womens restroom. Both restrooms are equipped with 6 showers, 4 stalls, and 8 sinks. You will have complete access to restrooms and showers. You will also have access to the gameroom and exercise room. Across from the cabin is a large pasture and our animals.

Book with caution. Electric fence.

Sunset Valley Bathhouse Available!

We booked two nights here not realizing the electric fence and animals are part of the camp site. After arrival and seeing the fence in the site itself, it frightened our kids and we realized how hard it would be to have cows in the same site as our dog. We sadly weren't able to stay. The host did offer to turn off the electric fence for one of the days (but the kids were already scared of it and the animals still part of the site) so it wouldn't work for us. Unfortunately the host was not understanding (noting we should have seen the fence in the picture) and wouldn't refund any part of the two nights we booked. Of course I do take responsibility, as I should have asked more questions when she called to tell me there was an electric fence. Book with caution and don't assume the animals are in a different section like I did.

We had a great time. We loved having the animals come up to the fence and interact with us. The spot is not level so just know you will need leveling supplies. Loved our visit.

Sunset Valley Bathhouse Available!

Great views! All we needed! Rain squelched our plans for more hiking, but having the game room on site helped keep the kids entertained. Clean bathrooms close by and the pasture stayed busy with animal friends. Very close to town but Ray and Shannon were also so willing to help if needed.

What an incredible place! Shannon and Ray were so nice and welcoming, the property is gorgeous, the site was perfect and the creatures (especially the sweet kitties) made it even better if that’s possible. Will definitely be back!
