This log cabin was hand-crafted in the pioneer style with logs harvested from the property. It sits on 2 acres along a wooded ridge in a quaint residential neighborhood. The neighbors have chickens and geese which will sing to you each morning. Although there are neighbors nearby, the area is quite peaceful. Fishing the North Toe River can be done at the end of the street or in the Riverside Park downtown Spruce Pine. There are many options for hiking within a short drive. In the winter, snow tubing can be done at Jonas Ridge in Newland, NC.
