We are located less than a mile from the gorgeous Nantahala lake, where you can swim or rent kayaks, pontoons, ATV's and more. This area of Western North Carolina has so much to offer outdoor enthusiasts such as mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking, and the famous white water rafting.

Lucky's Lookout is a Luxury 14'x16' Safari Tent tucked away on the farthest side of the Simply Glampin' glampsite. King Aspen Log Bed, memory foam mattress. You have your own private bathroom easily accessed directly from your tent deck. You also have your own fire pit that also serves as a grill and you truly have a lookout over the mountainside that drops below you. Simply Glampin’ has all you need to retreat into the woods and enjoy a getaway to reconnect with nature. Our spacious canvas wall tent is beautifully decorated and supplied with the following: - Wifi, electricity, water - Aspen Log King bed & luxury mattress - Bed linens (sheets, comforter, pillows & throw) - Electric blanket - Bath towels & bath robes - Bodywash/Shampoo/Conditioner - Coffee pot and coffee - Ice maker - Fire pit/grill rack - 4 Adirondack chairs - 2-4 Adult Size Camping Cots - 120 quart cooler - 6 foot metal table - Propane camp stove (if requested) - Fire wood - Wood Burning Stove A private bathhouse is easily accessible as you walk right out of your tent and into the bathroom from your deck. The bathroom has all the traditional conveniences of cold/hot water shower and sink, as well as a traditional flushing toilet. After much deliberation and research with other successful luxury tent glampsite owners, the decision was made to not provide a kitchenette inside the canvas tents. This will help us eliminate the inevitable attraction and entry of critters both small and large from entering the tent. We simply ask guest to please respect our position on this and help us to keep our tents clean, critter free, and safe. Due to the natural outdoor environment in which we are located and the fabrics and canvas of the tent, as well as comfort for future guests, pets must be approved by the Host/Cohost. WHAT TO PACK: You will only need to bring your personal items, food, drinks & spirits. Our goal is to provide you with an easy, upscale camping experience by comfortably reconnecting with nature!

A must do glamping trip!
Luxe Tent/Private Bathhouse/WIFI/
This was definitely one of the best clamping experiences we have had! Alisha has thought of every detail! We loved the sink for washing dishes, the close and clean bathroom with a hot, relaxing shower, and the coffee and coffee maker for the morning. The heated blankets were a must with the weather, and helped keep us so cozy! I loved how we did not have to bring pots, pans, soap, etc making our trip so much easier to pack for. We went to the Lake Ends Restaurant which was so fun (BYOB!), hiked nearby, sat by the lake and read our books, and went on the Andrew's Valley Railroad experience. These were all so fun and relaxing! The only thing was we were very close to our neighboring glamping tent with little privacy. It would be nice to glamp with a friend in the neighboring site. Otherwise, it was such as pleasant stay, and we will definitely return!

We had such an amazing time at Simply Glampin! 🌲✨ The glamping tents are beautiful — thoughtfully decorated, super comfortable beds, and all the little touches that make it feel like luxury in the middle of nature. We loved the outdoor space: a cozy firepit, decks for relaxing, and clean bathrooms with amazing showers. It was the perfect spot for us to escape the noise of everyday life while still enjoying comfort, coffee, electricity, wifi, and even coolers if needed. The property is nice and secluded, so you really feel tucked away, but it’s also just a quick drive into Franklin, NC where we enjoyed a great dinner out. The best of both worlds! We came here to relax, recharge, and enjoy the outdoors in style — and Simply Glampin delivered. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay for a weekend in the woods! They had everything you could possibly need available for our stay, and the tent was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
