We now have 2 RV pads on our .8 acre residential property which has a large, old craftsman style farm house that was divided years ago into 4 apartments and is home to 9 friendly adults. We're looking for someone or a couple with a winter-worthy Class B+ RV or Tiny home to join us in living here long term - for one of the two sites. The other site is occupied by a young couple. You would be adding to our sense of community which means that you'd have your privacy while also having 8-9 friendly folks around to enjoy, if desired. The best of both worlds. Your lot fee includes both water (provided there's no unusual water use) and sewer hookups, and high speed WIFI. We also have both 30 and 50 amp plugs, and you'd pay your own electric usage. You'd be welcome to share our various outdoor spaces including organic gardens, compost bins, a back patio, clotheslines, and fire pit. There's off street parking for your car or truck and a laundry about 1/2 mile away. You would, however, need to receive your mail elsewhere and there's a PO just 1 mile away. We are located in a semi-rural area in Candler yet are just 15 minutes from the heart of downtown Asheville with all of it's cultural offerings including amazing restaurants, shops and musical scene. The area also is known for many nature-oriented attractions such as mountain hiking/bike trails, national forests, the Arboretum, Blue Ridge Parkway, and so much more. Long-term rental (6 months or more) for $600/month plus electric, but will consider shorter-terms for appropriate rental fees. Pictures were taken before we put up fencing between the two RVs. This is for long-term rental living (6+ months) but shorter stays can be negotiated, and RV residents need to be self contained regarding bathroom facilities. Because it's a long term rental, RV residents also may enjoy a sense of community with the friendly folks that live in the house, or they can choose to have complete privacy at any time - the best of both worlds. Rent includes water, sewer and electricity hookups, and tenants pay for their own electrical usage. There are two 50amp, two 30amp and four regular outlets available. Also included is high-speed WIFI. The location is in the semi-rural area of Candler Springs yet is just 15 min from the heart of downtown Asheville, NC. The property has just 2 RV sites, which have recently been made more private by the installation of nice fencing (not seen in the pics).
