Little River Hideaway
We loved the location. There is a community garden just across the road, beautiful flowers and vegetables growing. Met some of the gardeners. Very nice people. Everything worked well, no problems!

We enjoyed a wonderful quiet weekend at this somewhat secluded campsite. Very large space with full hook up, large enough for two campers. This is in a residential neighborhood with a nearby, beautiful community garden, not in a campground. Host Jann was an excellent host, clear directions, and information was provided upfront.
The location worked well for us as we used it as a homebase to do day trips to Dupont forest and looking glass hiking, town was about 15 minutes.
The WiFi was helpful to stay connected since there is no cell service much of anywhere in Pisgah.
We will definitely be back!

Little River Hideaway
We just returned from yet another amazing stay at our favorite camp spot, and it did not disappoint! This has become our go-to spot , and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back.
The lot we stayed on is incredibly spacious and the privacy is unmatched. No nosy neighbors , no noise, just the peaceful sounds of nature all around. It truly feels like you have your own slice of wilderness all to yourself.
The site is well-maintained, level, and easy to access, with plenty of room for our setup and extra space to relax without feeling cramped. And the new gazebo is a great addition! Whether you're lounging by the fire, watching the stars, or just enjoying the quiet, it’s the perfect place to unwind.
If you’re looking for a campground that offers real seclusion and space to breathe, this is the one. We absolutely love it and can’t wait to return again soon!

Not a bad spot with full hookups, wi-fi, and convenient to a nice area in the mountains. We visited some waterfalls and the town of Brevard on our stay. We didn’t quite expect to be visibly right next to a house through a small patch of trees, but the neighbors were extremely quiet and we didn't even know they were there. We even parked our truck so as to block the view of the house. Being that it was spring , there was a little activity in the community garden across the small entrance, but nothing bothersome. Our first night, we enjoyed a stroll through it to see all the pretty little garden “lots”. The stream down the little path is also pretty, but there’s not much hang out room, so we didn’t find ourselves down there much. We did enjoy having the picnic table on site and the host had great communication via Hipcamp, I felt like if we needed anything they would be responsive. If we wanted to return to the area, we would definitely stay again.

Little River Hideaway
Loved our stay with our little camper and two dogs. It was nice and clean. The raised porch was perfect us to place our 12x12 canopy over to escape from the rain and sun. Nice groomed trail down to a private water spot on the river. We will def be back!

Little River Hideaway
My wife and I and our dog Bella loved camping at the Little River Hideaway. We have a 27' fifth wheel and it is a pull through site with full hookups. Jann and Bill met us at the site and showed us exactly where to park so that our camper was level. The site has a picnic table and fire pit. It feels very secluded and a short walk will take you to the little river. There is also wifi at the site which is a bonus. Brevard is a great area of NC with plenty of hiking, shopping, and beautiful waterfalls. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back at the Little River Hideaway in the future.

Took our travel trailer Coleman camper out for the weekend and this was a great spot. Very, very easy to get in and out of, pull through spot. All connections right there, sewer, water, electric, and worked perfectly. Tucked away with some privacy, would stay again.

Once again a great visit. This time our longest. This spot has convenience to many great places in the mountains including Pisgah Forest, Blue Ridge Parkway, and Caesar Head State Park. A wonderful clean and quiet site with no other camper neighbors. That's the jewel of the site.

Little River Hideaway
Had a great stay. The location was quiet and close to Dupont Forest and Brevard. Level location and all hookups worked as they should. WIFI was a plus. Only suggestion would be a sitting area/deck/ flat clearing to be able to sit by the creek and enjoy it. We will definitely be back. Thanks Bill.

Beautiful camping setup! It feels really secluded. Bill made sure we had everything we needed. He even let us use his shed because of the rainy conditions that night. I definitely recommend this camping spot. It's about 20 minutes away from the most popular waterfalls in the area, like Looking Glass Falls and Sliding Rock Falls, and there are lots of hiking areas. We will definitely use this camping spot again whenever we are in the area.

My husband, I and our dogs had a great time! The spot is easy to access but does provide that private element. Having the creek right there was the highlight. We were able to escape the heat and let the dogs splash around. It was a prefect little getaway for us. We will be back!

Nice peaceful spot with easy pull-thru for our camper. Creek was an excellent place for us and the dogs to cool off with the heat. Quiet area with beautiful community flower/fruit/veggie garden across the way. Appreciated the various electric amp hook-ups.

Little River Hideaway
We spent 12 nights at Little River Hideaway and loved every minute of it! The spot was somewhat wooded with a beautiful, small river that ran down the back of property accessible by a short path. In the front of property was a community garden that was spectacular! We saw deer, lots of bunnies, hummingbirds, American robins & lightning bugs every night. The location was perfect- close to restaurants, coffe shop, pottery shops and our daughter’s summer camp. The hosts were very kind and responsive.

This hip-camp was perfect for us! We parked our Class B RV and pitched a tent to keep our bikes, wood, etc. protected from any rain and there was still ample space for our 3 dogs to roam. Nice mowed path down to the creek, which our dogs loved to play in. Bill was always available to answer any questions but also let us have our space. Beautiful community garden near-by and conveniently located to all that Brevard has to offer, including some really nice markets/bakeries. Highly recommend.

We loved the camping spot, close to DuPont for mountain biking. The place provides easy full hook up, and a carport for shelter if needed. Our dog and us, enjoyed the spacious campsite and access to the Little River.

What a wonderful place to stay. Bill was great! Lots of room on the site. Nice access to the creek to cool off the feet after a day of site-seeing. If you want no camping neighbors but want all amenities this is it. For tent camping you could even set up under the shelter which is fully wired with lighting and outlets. We will be making this a regular visit.
