Mike was a great communicator. Great place to be with our dog. Our dog loved playing with his dog. The bathrooms are really nice. Mike is on-site right beside the sites if you need anything. He has a working farm with goats and chickens. He is restoring an original log cabin. We were the only ones there for the weekend. We have a 16 foot trailer so easily pulled in and were able to turn around without backing up. You are beside the railroad, and we enjoyed the sounds. Great place. We hope to be back.

Farm camp w/ bathrooms, near hiking
We loved camping on this farm with our two dogs! Mike is a gracious and super friendly host. The bathrooms are luxurious. There are adorable goats on the property that are fun to observe, along with a friendly farm dog named Madison. Our lab-mix dog loved the wide open field for catching frisbees. The location of this farm is excellent -- we used it as a base camp for hiking adventures in nearby Hanging Rock State Park (an absolute gem of a park, with so much to do and see). If you love camping, fresh air, animals, and being close to the natural beauty that this part of the state has to offer, then Lindy Ridge Farm is the spot for you.

First and foremost Mike was an amazing host. He was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. I do see us going back in the future...mainly so the kids can visit Madison the dog. I could go on and on about Madison.
This was a lovely place with so much for the kids to do. A great family place, which is what we needed. Our grandson loved the chickens and Mike was kind enough to share eggs. I missed the goats but understood he loved those as well.
Mike had a great set up and would highly recommend this venue. And did I mention the bathhouse, totally shocked at how nice and clean they were.
Can't wait to go back.

Mike and Madison are the best. Mike was incredibly friendly and accommodating I wish we had more time to just hang out at the farm with the goats and chickens. Cant wait to come back again.

Great weekend getaway
Wife and I had a great relaxing weekend in our popup camper. Mike was sure in responding to questions before hand and when we showed up he showed us around and met Madison the friendly dog. There is a train that goes by at night but we had no problem with it, very clean bathrooms/ showers. He does have firewood for sale at a good price, 3 othe couples were tent camping in the lower field and had a great time talking with them

Great stay! The bathrooms are lovely and there is a solar lantern pole, small round table plus a picnic table and fire ring at each site. The owners and a very sweet pup welcome you to their property! Since there were no other campers the night we were there, my son enjoyed playing disc golf by headlamp while we showered. Thank you, Mike!

I car camped (with an extra screen room set up for enjoying the outdoors). My dog and I were greeted upon arrival and had plenty of room for my set up. The bathrooms were spectacular, a washing station for dishes (hot water yay!), Fire pit and picnic table at each site. Hosts, Madison the dog, goats, and chickens were all friendly and welcoming. The farm has blueberry bushes, blackberries, a garden, flowers galore and farm fresh eggs! I spent time relaxing and reading in the log cabin next to my set up. Within close proximity of hiking trails and locations for tubing and kayaking. Definitely going to visit it again!

Awesome place!
Mike's place is great! It's entirely fenced in so the dogs can run. He has goats and chickens that the kids played with. He has many games and toys for tots and teens. The experience was just awesome!

Camping on Mike's land was amazing!
We loved RV camping on Mike's land. We loved spending time with the goats and chickens!! Madison is such a sweet dog too hang out with!! We love that our dogs can play with her!! The property is so nice and clean and has everything we need to camp out and have such a perfect experience!! Thank you so much Mike!! We are excited about our return stay next week!!

Tent camping at Lindy Ridge Farm was about as good as it gets. Mike is the most gracious host you could ask for and his property is perfect for one night or a few. I camped with a group of dads and kids and Mike's entire property is fenced in adding to the safety factor. All of the kids loved the "club house" on the property and everything was clean including the bathrooms with hot water and large showers. Mike's dog Madison was a hit with the kids and really added to the memories made this weekend. I'll admit that I'm biased as I've known Mike for many years but he really goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone staying at Lindy Ridge Farm has a great time and is taken care of. There is an active rail line that runs by the edge of his property and the train passed by a few times. It's loud for sure but Mike let us know about this ahead of time. The kids were thrilled when it passed and it was hardly a nuisance.

An all-around great experience!
Really great, unique place! The skies have very little light pollution, so the stars were very visible at night. The farm animals are awesome and fun to be around. There is plenty to do. The owner has a passion for making this place special and fun, and it really shows! I highly recommend this place and will certainly return.

Fabulous facilities and super host!
Mike's place was a joy! Mike was so welcoming as were the other guests. Nice open spot to pitch tent. FABULOUS bathrooms with such wonderfully warm showers. Sinks to do dishes. And the "barn" room. Very friendly dog, Madison, allowed me to get my doggie fix. Silly goats; chickens. Lovely veggie gardens. Highly recommend!!

This was my 2nd time at Lindy Ridge Farm. Had a great time as expected. Love the chickens, goats, and coolest dog. Plenty of toys to play with to fill your day with fun. I'll be back. Thanks Mike!

Great Amenities and Friendly Host
The land had much more amenities I was not expecting: flushing toilet, hot water shower, cabin to hangout in with radio and foosball, chickens and goats, just a wonderful place. This had by far the cleanest and well equipped bathroom I’ve seen at a camping site ever. Mike was super flexible and friendly showed us around his land showing his impressive shed/man cave and let us hangout with his farm animals in the morning. Great experience. I plan on staying here again when I return to climb up at Moore’s Wall in the future.

Lindy Ridge Farm Rocks!
Lindy Ridge Farm was an awesome place to camp and relax. Mike is a solid guy and we shared many great conversations. Absolutely no complaints from me and my girlfriend on our maiden voyage in our travel trailer. I look forward to going back for sure. Thanks Mike for everything! See you soon!

Happy Peaceful Relaxing Comfortabl
I’ve gotta say, I was so happy and grateful to experience this place for my maiden travel trailer voyage. Me and my girlfriend both thought Mike was the best host. Hidden Gem!
This place is awesome! Mike was a very accommodating and gratious host who clearly has put a lot of thought into his camp site. We especially enjoyed meeting his newest additions to the farm, three goats ( Willie, Waylon, and Johnny). Lindy Ridge is located in close proximity to Hanging Rock State Park and several other awesome outdoor attractions making it a great hub for exploring the surrounding areas! This was our first time staying with Mike, but it certainly won't be our last!

It was just my dog and me CARping and Mike's Farm was our first overnight stay. His farm definitely gives off GLAMping vibes. Although he is still working on fixing/adding things, what he has to offer is spectacular. Mike made us feel right at home. He played with my pup and helped me with our fire. He checked on us to made sure we felt safe and had everything we needed. I will absolutely return in the future!

The campsite had everything and more! Privacy, ability for our dog to run around off leash, picnic tables, bathrooms, solar powered lights, firepit, and tons of games to play. Host was very friendly and informative. We will be back!

Mike was an amazing host. He greeted us upon arrival and showed us his land and all of the hard work he has put into it - garden beds, fruit trees and shrubs, brand new camp bathrooms, beautiful camp spots complete with fire pits and solar lighting, lots of games such as disc golf holes and foosball, and Mike has even mowed a peace sign into the field. It was super impressive and inspiring to see Mike’s creative work out there especially in the short time he has owned the property. We chose the secluded spot 1 to tent camp at, which we’d recommend! We had an all around great time and it’s definitely a sweet spot to crash for the night and we can’t wait to make it back again one day!

Beautiful and unique place
We had a very pleasant stay at Lindy Ridge Farm. The campground has many amenities for kids and adults alike. Other than the occasional night train, we enjoyed the beautiful and unique campground. Mike is a wonderful host and we hope to be back soon.
