It’s been called “phenomenal” and “a perfect oasis” - it’s Jewel’s Woods, a new endeavor built to offer a peaceful escape to those who want to disconnect from the world and reconnect with themselves, with nature, and with loved ones. A group-friendly, dog friendly, mini private campground, it is the perfect place to unwind in nature. The easily-accessible 46 acre property offers: - two miles of trails for hiking, biking, ATV or horse riding - a stocked one-acre pond for fishing, paddle boarding or pedal boating - a screened in gazebo with furniture, electricity and ceiling fan - picnic tables, fire circles, adirondak chairs - a toy shed that contains fishing poles, a bike and various lawn games including badminton, volleyball, ladder ball, horse shoes, lawn darts, can jam and more - one RV lot with water hookup and 50 amp service - THREE lodging units: - Blue Baby Barndo - one queen bed, large sofa, full bath, full kitchen (microwave, stove, fridge w/ icemaker and filtered water, cooking utensils, basic spices, granite countertops, and more), 300 sq. ft. screened in porch with furniture and two-person hot tub, 300 sq. foot. stamped concrete patio with picnic table, grill, and lounge chairs. All basic amenities like bedding, tp, dishes are included along with septic hookup and city water, A/C, and heating units. [See listing] - New rustic cabin with one queen bed, a queen pullout sofa, kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, two-burner hot plate, multi-cooking countertop oven, instant hot water, shower, toilet and all basic amenities including towels, linens, paper products, heating/AC, etc. Screened in porch with fan and a fantastic view of the pond, and on the shady side, a small deck with dining set and a grill. [See listing] Rent the entire property for a family reunion, retreat, small wedding, gathering of friends, or rent it for just yourself and have a ball in nature. There's electricity, city water, and wi-fi, and it's just 30 miles from the coast near the South Carolina border. Far from others, but with a grocery store and more just seven minutes away!This single RV/camper site is located near the South Carolina border, less than a mile off of route 410 and a mile and a half from Route 701 which are both main feeders into the Myrtle Beach area. We are just 30 miles from the coast so it is easily accessible. In addition to having three lovely rentals on a beautiful private retreat, Jewel's Woods offers one 30’ x 65’ parking pad for a visiting van, RV, or camper. Amenities: - 50 amp service via our extension cord (source is about 60’ from middle of pad, so we provide a 50’ cord) - water hook up (we provide 50’ hose) - As of mid-September, a septic line has not yet been established but it will be in the future. Dumping is allowed via cart into the septic, and there are other campgrounds in the area, so there are likely dump stations nearby. I'm looking into this. - picnic table - grill - fire pit - beautiful view of 1-acre pond with fountain - 1st come, 1st served use of lovely gazebo - use of our famous Toy Shed for lawn games, a bike, fishing poles and more

Pull-in site

Most smaller RVs and campers will be able to turn around in the spot so it’s facing the pond. Very large campers and RVs, however may have to back in.

It's a "flat" pad created on hard soil with road base and gravel leveling it out, so would need basic levels to get it sitting right.

50 amps. The distance is 60', so we provide a 50’ extension cord.

On-site hookup. We have hoses to get the water from the spigot to you. It is county water.

Generators allowed

Hopefully it's not too loud :)

No sewage hookup

I'm working on a sewer hook up but don't have one yet. I do have an external access to the septic, so if you have a buddy cart, it could be dumped there. Otherwise, I'm checking with local camp grounds to see if they have dump stations.

Firewood provided, firepit. Fires may only be built in designated fire circles. Firewood is provided, but you can also grab whatever you want out of the woods. Please adhere to fire bans and don't burn on very windy days.

Pets allowed

Off leash, on leash. We love dogs, but they must get along with other dogs as there could potentially be others around at any given time. There are 3 other properties onsite and a friendly neighbor dog who loves to visit.

Jewel's Cozy Cabin With Pond View

We loved staying in Jewel’s cabin! We had an amazing time fishing enjoying the peace and quiet over looking the pond. We enjoyed waking up and having coffee on the screened in porch. Julie was an amazing host and kept us up to date on everything and answered all our questions and needs. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this place!
