Beautiful Property
Matt has a beautiful property that is extremely serene. We stayed in the pasture behind the barn next to a babbling brook and really enjoyed the quiet. Instructions were a little confusing upon arrival but Matt responded quickly to ensure we got to the correct space.

Just like the description. We stayed by the pond and it was scenic and nice. We even fished a little! Easy to find too.

Beautiful, peaceful, secluded
Upon arrival we got a little confused as to which location was correct. The owner was quick to respond, very helpful and friendly. The area is secluded so you have your privacy. The location is beautiful. Only thing is I wish we had some kind of direction as to where we could find trails on the property or a layout of specific areas of the property so we could hike and explore. Also, remember this location is in the "smoky mountains" meaning there is a lot of condensation in the air so I would recommend at least a 2 wheel drive vehicle to reach the camping site so you don't get stuck. We had a wonderful time and loved it! 10/10 we will be back!
