shakori flower fest stay..
what a piece of heaven right outside Pittsboro. I loved how Whitney mowed a lambyrinth in the front field, it was very cool. Communication was very positive as i was asked if i needed a fire pit a few days out upon arrival. I also texted to see if it was ok to head her way. thanks again for the kind hospitality!

This site is beautiful! We were greeted by the host just after arrival and given plenty of firewood for the evening. We were the only campers during our visit but I would assume that each site would still feel very private, and we certainly felt very secluded. Our hosts also let us use their spigot and were very helpful and quick to respond after some confusion finding their address (looked for the painted, leaning mailbox!) Highly recommend!

We had a really nice stay at this place. It was very quiet and peaceful and great view of the sky. The peacocks were cool, they came right up to our site.

Wonderful host & peacocks
Fantastic host ! She accommodated us at the last minute. Greeted us in the dark and made us feel at home. Bonus : we woke up to peacocks all around us .

Beautiful and Serene
This place is beautiful and peaceful. There was enough privacy for us to feel all alone, even with another family camping on-site. Very large field in a clearing with some trees for privacy. Beautiful! They have peacocks, guineafowl, horses, goats, and chickens on the property and the family were super lovely.

Best Hipcamp Experience!
This was the best Hipcamp experience I’ve had. Whitney and her family were so welcoming and communication was amazing. Our two little boys enjoyed seeing and feeding all the farm animals and wouldn’t stop talking about them. Thank you so much for the hospitality, Whitney!!
