We have 7 acres of wooded area on 20 acre family farm with frontage to fresh water Livingston Cree that flows to Cape Fear River that flows to the Atlantic Ocean. There is easy, direct access to property from major 4 lane Andrew Jackson Highway. that is 20 miles from Wilmington NC and 25 miles from NC beaches!We are in the planning phase of creating the camp. We anticipate have 14 or less campsites. We will have a picnic table, trash can and fire pit on each site. No water or sewer provided but will have access to a toilet similar to Black River Camping Ventures on your site. We will utilize this coming year to create the camping site and acquire the appropriate legal paperwork. We hope to begin operations in 2024. Any guidance is appreciated.
