We had the pleasure of staying here in the beginning of November. It’s a very scenic spot by several ponds and surrounded by forest. They had even just put in an electrical hookup for us to use. Abegail was a very responsive hostess and her husband even lent me his fishing rod to use. I probably would have caught something if my dog hadn’t thought it was some kind of fetch game lol. Lots of room for my pets to roam about and I had a couple great fires while I was there. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back someday!

I had a good night at Evan's Farm made even better by the fact I was the only camper. Spoke to the owner who was very nice. The fishing was good and the night sky was great. Pretty quiet place which is just what I was looking for. Would definitely come back.

What a hidden gem! Zeus & I had a lovely stay & we are so appreciative of them opening up their property to guest. Caught a ton of bass pan fish & even a flathead catfish

I debated leaving a review because this place was incredible. Hidden gem of a property and campground. Camped in a 16' bell tent right beside the water. Neighbors we had we're helpful and guided us to camping.
I recommend not driving in at night though.

This was an amazing site. There was plenty of room to explore, both in and out of the water. The hosts were incredibly gracious as we booked what I would call last minute before a holiday weekend.
Our group of 8 were impressed with the property and would 100% recommend this to other campers.

Beautiful ponds to wake up to!
My two year old, hound and I had an amazing stay on the property.
Chickens, geese, guinea foul and turkey roaming the property. The Turkey are overly friendly and want to be pet. The chicken eggs were delightful.
Hosts communicated well and had a couple toddlers of their own which helped mine get accumulated quickly.
Fishing was great! Caught two 2.5-3lbs small mouth bass in the big pond. Host had great knowledge on his ponds and what bait to use for time of day and season.
I will definitely be returning to this picturesque little site.

Good communication and welcome at the site! Very friendly hosts and beautiful camping area, next to ponds with fish. A lot of space and a forest nearby. Clean area. Definitely worth coming back!

I had the pleasure of staying at a charming campsite nestled between two of the beautiful ponds, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning, offering a perfect blend of nature and tranquility. Waking up to the gentle sounds of birdsong and dragonflies buzzing around was a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The campsite itself is well-maintained, with plenty of space for tents and rigs. The ponds provided excellent opportunities for fishing, and kayaking. There are also beautiful trails near by, perfect for hiking and exploring the local flora and fauna. One me and the pup favored was Pettigrew State Park.
Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an adventurous getaway, this campsite offers something for everyone. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a memorable outdoor experience.

Beautiful property! It was my daughters first camping trip and we all had a blast! The girls loved the farm cat and my 4 year old caught her biggest fish ever. She was pumped and it was a joy to see it. We'll be back

The site was between multiple ponds and surrounded by forest. Abegail and her family were very welcoming and met us as we pulled in. The small town of Plymouth is nearby and has a lot of history. We would highly recommend the site if you are able to be self-contained and want to have a relaxing and peaceful stay.

Beautiful property, many different spots you can choose from to set up camp. We choose a spot right inbetween the 2 lakes and was very easy to get in and out of with our 21 ft travel trailer. This place could easily handle the biggest of trailers and 5th wheels. We really love the off grid feeling of having no hook ups, we did run our small, quite, inverter generator to charge batteries.
Now the best for last. The FISHING IS INCREDIBLE. I know a good fisherman is never supposed to share his secret spot, but this is it. I have never caught so many bass with such little effort, one of them being the biggest bass I have ever caught. If you are a serious fresh water fisherman this the spot for you

The land is absolutely beautiful and secluded the fishing is good very deep and large ponds alot of area to explore. The hosts were very friendly and great to talk with all and all you should 100% visit this farm and camp you can hear the crickets at night and it's very relaxing.

Hidden gem! Amazing tranquil setting. Happened upon this Hipcamp with my husband, mom & pup after leaving the Outer Banks enroute home to Raleigh. We set up on the water's edge & enjoyed a beautiful sunset & rising moon. The hosts Abegail & Madison are awesome & friendly & gifted us a dozen fresh eggs. The ponds had beautiful muscovy ducks that my dog was obsessed with. My husband attempted to fish but our dog goes nuts so that ended quickly. Would love to stay again sometime! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!
