RV Sites: Dry camping on open pastureland surrounded by old-growth pecan, cedar, and oak trees. No hookups — bring your self-contained rig and settle in. Tent Camping: Pitch your tent under the oaks and fall asleep to the quiet. Primitive sites are ideal for those looking to unplug completely. The Land: A pond at the entrance, farm fields in the back, and deer wandering through at dusk. The property sits on land settled in the late 1700s — you can feel the history in the trees. Shaded by the wide, leafy canopy of our stately pecan trees, this grassy site offers a quiet and airy escape that feels like a hidden corner of our 33-acre farm. The backyard overlooks our farm fields. The Space: This site is level and grassy, perfectly suited for one tent and up to 4 guests. It provides the safety and comfort of being close to the farmhouse while still offering the tranquility of life on a historic estate. Amenities & Access: You’ll have a private fire ring for evening gatherings under the pecan grove. Please note that this is a primitive site with no on-site toilet, so please come prepared to "pack it out" with your own portable camping toilet. You are just a short stroll away from the peaceful farm pond and our majestic old-growth cedar and oak trees.

Fully restored in 2000, the house blends historic character with modern comfort—three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an ensuite master, updated kitchen, and central air. Vintage furnishings throughout. The house is one-level with the third bedroom being the only room upstairs, overlooking the farm fields of the back of the house. The screened-in porch stretches along the back of the house, looking out over open farm fields. Deer wander through most evenings. No traffic, no noise—just old oaks, pecans, cedars, and sky. The property sits on 33 acres of land first settled in the late 1700s. A pond near the entrance, pasture and fields beyond. Five miles from historic downtown New Bern, close enough for dinner, far enough to forget. Sleeps six comfortably. Two-night minimum.
