OMG I love this place!! Todd was very nice, showed me around, and made sure I knew how to get to my campsite. The road down to the Pond sites is pretty steep and narrow, but I managed to get a Sprinter van down there no problem. I wouldn't want to be driving anything too much bigger though.
But, back to the grounds... the view from the top is GORGEOUS and the accommodations up there are quite extensive. Hot tub, coffee, water, bathrooms, showers... you name it. I didn't have my mountain bike with me this time, but the trails on the property looked pretty sick, and it's very, very close to Dupont. I'm excited to go back try them out.
The camp site I stayed at was #10, which was phenomenal. There was PLENTY of space and my dogs had a great time running around and having some freedom. Fire wood was provided as well as a very nice fire pit with grill and lid. Very private and peaceful.
Thanks for making such a sweet spot available to us! Hope to be back soon!
