As a small, family-owned campground, we pride ourselves on providing a peaceful retreat that is open year-round, welcoming both families and pets. Our "Dark Sky Friendly" environment allows you to marvel at the stunning stars that illuminate the night sky. Surrounded by the lush Croatan Forest, our campground is conveniently located just a short drive from the beautiful Crystal Coast beaches, historical sites in New Bern and Beaufort, and only 8 minutes from MCAS Cherry Point. This prime location offers easy access to a variety of local attractions, outdoor activities, and dining options. We feature 52 full hookup sites, including 9 extra-long pull-through sites for your convenience. For those who enjoy fishing, we have 6 sites that back up to our serene pond, which is home to catfish, bass, and bream. Our pond is a delightful spot to relax, especially with the new water fountain and lights that create a soothing ambiance in the evenings. At Dogwood Family Campground, we offer daily, weekly, and monthly site rentals, allowing you to plan your perfect getaway. You can conveniently book your stay online up to 6
