Craving something different and unique? Experience the great outdoors with all the comforts of a cozy bed, hot water bathroom, and temperature-controlled air. With no WiFi (but excellent cell service), it's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Each of our rentals—2 Yurts and a Safari Tent—features its own private deck and glamped-out bathroom. Guests can also take advantage of our shared outdoor eating area, grill, and fire pit. Relax under the stars, and depending on the time of year, you might even catch a glimpse of the firefly extravaganza. We’re excited to share that our neighbors at Tri-County Racetrack—just 0.6 miles down the road—have officially reopened! On race nights, you might hear the distant rumble and roar of the action from your cozy yurt or tent. Some folks love the energy and excitement... others might prefer a quieter evening under the stars. Either way, we want you to know ahead of time so you can plan the stay that’s right for you. Sit under the stars, and depending on the time of year, you may get to see the firefly extravaganza or pick fresh veggies from our garden to enjoy with your meals.

The shower is the most unique on the property. It is our one-of-a-kind version of the timeless tranquility of a traditional Japanese shower room. Inspired by ancient customs, our shower invites guests to have fun and enjoy a minimalist design. But wait, there's more! We've added a moving wall to control the flow and spray of water, adding an extra element of surprise and delight. Don't be surprised if you find yourself wielding a squeegee—it's all part of the fun and the journey into this historical tradition at our truly unique outdoor experience! Our desire is community. All guests will be able to share and enjoy our outdoor eating area, grill, and fire pit. A “Must Do” Experience!

Cozy Yurt In Brasstown NC

This Yurt was more than perfect for our fall weekend getaway! Very clean and neat! So different from anything we have ever stayed in but felt like home! Super comfy bed and our pup was welcomed here and in the surrounding areas! Debbie was so sweet and communicated clearly everything we needed to know - and then went above and beyond to tell us about the perfect restaurant for my husbands birthday and commutes to expect for our itenerary! We loved everything about our time in Brasstown and plan to come back with our daughters! Thank you guys! ♥️

The property was very cozy and well put together. It was private and peaceful. We would definitely stay again. The owners were very responsive and having a full bathroom was very nice. Glamping at its finest 👌

Wonderful Anniversary Experience

Comfy Yurt In Brasstown

Our experience at Debbie’s Yurt has been very comfortable especially as we had our son join us to celebrate our late anniversary. They were also very accommodating as to schedule is a day earlier than what Hipcamp was allowing for us to book. It was truly restful and peaceful, which was something we were looking for!

Comfy Yurt In Brasstown

We really enjoyed staying in the yurts on Debbie’s land. Really comfortable beds and a great bathroom setup. I also liked the covered picnic area (since it was rainy) and the campfire area. It’s also close enough to Murphy that we were able to go out and grab meals and conveniently located to several good hikes.

The Safari tent accommodations were perfect with so many small touches included. The beds were very comfortable (softest sheets I've ever slept on!) and the bathroom was really nice. The deck was well set up and the grill / fire pit area was great.
