Nestled next to a stream in an enchanted forest with preserved areas, you’ll find walking and hiking trails along creeks and through the woods. Expect daily visits from deer, hawks, owls, coyotes, and more. The area is very quiet, yet just 5–10 minutes from everything you need — grocery stores, restaurants, downtown Chapel Hill and Carrboro, UNC, and more.A respite in nature with all of the conveniences you want and need.
