Pond Side RV
This is a wonderful place to have peace and tranquility. It's our 3 visit. Camp site is so big and well kept with no one around. Trees and grass are beautiful. We love walking to the river. Looking forward to relaxing here again.

Very enjoyable and relaxing place!
Super nice and quick to respond hosts. My wife and our dogs really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful property. Our dogs were never on a lead and really loved to run till they we exhausted. We drove to Tom's Falls only a few minutes away. Beautiful area. We will be back again.

We enjoyed this large space by the water! Embankment is steep to get down to the river but we made it work and had fun with our inflatable kayak. Directions were a bit unclear on the description but we called Charlie and he was very helpful!

Great spot for larger groups!
What a great spot! Awesome flat space for a big group with lots of room to park our cars, play lawn games and spread out. Charlie was super responsive and explained to us the best spots to get in and out of the river which was easy and a good slow float, and an easy walk back to camp. We really enjoyed our time here and home to return.

Charlie’s land was exactly what we were looking for for this trip! The area was quiet, spacious, clean, private, and we felt safe. Charlie was also very helpful and attentive, ensuring that we found the property without any trouble. We would most definitely book this site again.
