Host were very accommodating and helpful to us, took us to a nice spot to set up tents and have fire , and enjoyed some delicious pork chops I purchased from Dawn, and some eggs to go with breakfast!

Fun Permanent Teepee by the Pond!
Ultimate weekend adventure!
Dawn’s land is the perfect setting. Everything is right there- a pond, babbling creeks, hiking trails, woods, a farm, and even a private mountain! I brought my Army-obsessed son and we played an epic D-Day role play. I reached out to Dawn beforehand so she wouldn’t be concerned if she saw a seven-year-old in a kevlar shuffle by. Dawn welcomed our adventure and even provided a hand-drawn map ahead of time so I could laminate it for “mission planning”.
The teepee was clean and had some extra amenities that were a pleasant surprise- camp chairs and a table and a giant water jug.
The old still was a cool thing to stumble upon in the woods.
The mountain is a steep hike, but not too challenging young boy- even though he was wearing Crocs. I certainly felt it in my old lady knees the next day, but the view was worth it!
If you want to run around and explore the woods, definitely check this place out. Next time we will stay longer and try some of the farm fresh eggs for breakfast!

Look no further!
What an fantastic place. One of my new favorites on hipcamp. There were a few sweet spots to pitch a tent, but we chose to set up camp in the clearing near the pond and fire-pit. The hosts were amazing and gave us an quick tour around the property in their side-by-side. The host's dogs, Will & Hank, were awesome. They kept us company throughout the evening and even slept by the tents. Bring a mountain bike for added fun! I will definitely be coming back!

Fun Permanent Teepee by the Pond!
Unique setting. Old still site was nostalgic. The giant Pyrenees polar bear dogs were the best faithful friends for the entire trip. Thanks Dawn.
