Located at the northern tip of Lake Wylie near Belmont NC, this property has mile-long views to the south and a gentle flowing river wetlands to the north. The River Lake Way road name is a perfect description of both scenes. An empty lot to the right and a water cove to the left make you think you're the only ones around. We removed a mobile home last year and plan to build a retirement home here as soon as lumber prices come down to earth. We want to share this property with others to honor how God has blessed us - thanks for helping us make this long-term goal a reality.A peaceful, lake side retreat connects you to nature with a variety of waterfowl and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. A fully-equipped 4-yr old RV offers all modern conveniences. Just minutes from the trendy small of town of Belmont, with popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 minutes from Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 minutes to recreational adventures at the National Whitewater Center. 30 minutes to uptown Charlotte, the South's fastest growing city.

Perfect glamping option!

Perfect relaxing getaway! Super clean, beautiful lot, well appointed, comfortable, good internet, easy to find, close to town, yet feels like you are way further away! I didn’t want to leave.

GREAT time!

We had a great time!! The camper was clean and very nice!! We enjoyed being able to walk right out the door and go fishing! Thank you so much for the great stay!! Also Brooke the host is very attentive and helped us with anything we needed during our stay!

Small Family of 4 Staycation

A perfect staycation! Our family of four enjoyed our time at the RV. We did not want to leave! Our 8 year old had the most fun in the kayaks :) Thank you all so much for all of you kind, thorough and thoughtful accomodations :) Especially the coffee!!!
