Almost there: minutes to Emerald Isle beaches and historic downtown Swansboro, NC. Site backs up to the Croatan National Forest and is easy to access off of Highway 58. Site is equipped with 50 Amp connection, water and sewage. Back-in site for up to 40 feet.30 by 60 foot gravel back-in site. With only one site on this half acre property you’ll have plenty of space and privacy. Full hookups, deck with shade and fire pit. No bath or shower facilities and all trash must be removed by guests. County dump site is just down the street. The two storage buildings on site are off-limits to guests.

Almost There!
Great property!!! The built in patio/ fire pit were an added plus!!! The space was pretty level and covered in crushed stone so very clean. ( our levelers sunk into the stone so we just dug out a bit on one side. ) Host was very responsive. Close to beaches. Would definitely head back!!

Almost There!
Beautifully landscaped site, well maintained and lots of privacy. The charming deck is a wonderful place to have breakfast and view the birds in the large cedars at the back of the property. A wave from the friendly neighbors helped me feel welcome in this quiet neighborhood. Level gravel site with lots of turning room for newbies to back-in. Never saw Rick (owner) but communication was great and he’s thought of everything when it comes to utilities/amenities. The scent of Summer blooms, pine and acacia (pink silk) added to the ambience. Highly recommend.
