Just as advertised, while not 100% private (neighbors on both sides) and not fully fenced (wouldn't let my dogs roam near a busy road), it's MUCH more private and open than an RV park would be. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to hit the beach (Salter Path beach access has free parking + room for an RV). Hookups worked beautifully and we were able to sit outside and relax. Thanks for having us Rick!

Very nice quiet partially fenced lot you have the whole lot to yourself which is nice my starlink got great speeds there if you have a longer bumper pull id recommend backing onto the property instead of pulling in and then trying to back into the spot would 100% recommend

My husband and I had a great 6 day stay on this property. It's in a quiet area but very close to swansboro, cape carteret, emerald isle, and the surrounding areas. All hookups were in great working order and we loved the wifi. The deck area was a nice touch. We hope to stay here again in the future.

The campsite was well maintained. The deck was a great addition to the site and we enjoyed sitting out on it in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this spot for someone looking for a place close to Emerald Isle.

We had a great time at Rick’s spot! Plenty of room to run around and the deck with shade cover was a great place to hang out. It was quiet and private. Easy to find and in a great location!

Great property!!! The built in patio/ fire pit were an added plus!!! The space was pretty level and covered in crushed stone so very clean. ( our levelers sunk into the stone so we just dug out a bit on one side. ) Host was very responsive. Close to beaches. Would definitely head back!!

Beautifully landscaped site, well maintained and lots of privacy. The charming deck is a wonderful place to have breakfast and view the birds in the large cedars at the back of the property. A wave from the friendly neighbors helped me feel welcome in this quiet neighborhood. Level gravel site with lots of turning room for newbies to back-in. Never saw Rick (owner) but communication was great and he’s thought of everything when it comes to utilities/amenities. The scent of Summer blooms, pine and acacia (pink silk) added to the ambience. Highly recommend.
