Our 75 acres is a wonderful, diverse mix of habitat, harmoniously integrated with our small farm. This land was the homestead of the very first white settler of the area, John Wiley, in 1787. The Wyomanock Creek is the backbone of this little valley. Beaver have dammed the creek at several points to create ponds and other wetland features that support a diversity of wildlife including otter, moose and a myriad of birds, from osprey to herons. This sanctuary is host to many uncommon native plants and plant communities. We would love to share it with you! Your host, Thom, invites you to property to explore 75 acres of meadows, woods and water. Choose one of several sites either in the woods or open areas. You are also free to use our outdoor solar shower or take a dip in the cold pond! Our location is convenient to the Berkshire Mountains, state parks, hiking and other attractions, including Ramble Wild tree to tree adventures and Jiminy Peak. There are a few miles of rail trail access just down the road.

We had a great experience staying at the yurt! Beautiful area, very easy to get to, and great kitchen to cook in. Really amazing birding opportunities. Cute vibes! 10/10!

Site 1 - Sanctuary Camp
We loved our time on this farm! Everything is very well-kept and clean, the site is private and spacious, but at the same time not too far away from the parking lot (~5 mins walking). One suggestion for our particular spot (Sanctuary Site 1) in the summer - bring a canopy, because the place does not have a lot of natural shade.

Site 6 - Sanctuary Camp
This property is beautiful, with natural landscaping that emphasizes the native plants growing there. Site 6 was quiet. Private, shady, and exactly what we were looking for. It was such a peaceful trip.

Site 2 - Sanctuary Camp
Great hipcamp! We enjoyed a private wooded site and Thom was a friendly host. We didn't use the solar shower but it looked impressive! The ground are lovely, birds and frogs dang their tunes the whole time we were there. Laundry is a few miles down the road if you need it.
