Our 75 acres is a wonderful, diverse mix of habitat, harmoniously integrated with our small farm. This land was the homestead of the very first non native settler of the area, John Wiley, in 1787. Before that, it was the land of the Mahican native Americans. They named it "valley of the butternut trees", or Wyomanock. The Wyomanock Creek is the backbone of this little valley. Beaver have dammed the creek at several points to create ponds and other wetland features that support a diversity of wildlife including otter, moose and a myriad of birds, from osprey to herons. This sanctuary is host to many uncommon native plants and plant communities. We would love to share it with you! There is at least 50 yards between sites and surrounded by foliage and woodland.. These four campsites are located on Wyomanock Farm and distinct from Sanctuary Camp. Sited in a more mature and evergreen woodland setting, they offer additional privacy and an exceptional experience under the canopy of tall pine trees and hemlocks. Campers should be sure footed for these sites! 1 and 2 and 3 are about 1/2 mile, 3 and 4 about 1/3 mile, 5 and 6 are closest at 800 and 1000 feet. Nestled in a private nook a few steps from our 2 acre "wildlife" pond, we have a 10 x 12 canvas cabin tent for your holiday, all perched atop a 12x20 sheltered deck. It is equipped with a queen sized bed on a padded floor with a jute rug and night tables with lamps. There is floor space for two small children on the floor. Outside the cabin are two cedar Adirondack chairs, a picnic table and a gas grill with cooking tools and supplies. The 75 acre property is a nature lovers paradise with trails and many ponds to facilitate wildlife watching and exploration. pick the wildflowers or catch some frogs! *Electric power (15amp) is provided at this site* About 40 yards away is the the solar shower and a composting toilet. There is also a conventional portable toilet option. A swim pond is right nearby. You are only about a 120 yard walk from the parking area over mostly level ground. Bedding, pillows and towels are available for guests in the cabin tent for an additional fee - see "extras" under rentals. In addition there is a $45 surcharge if you would like to book only one night on a Friday or Saturday. Please pay in the "extras". There is space for your own additional tents.

Here is your camp with all the conveniences, but more. This refurbished RV is equipped with a/c, a new and large frig, gas range oven and toilet with shower. Outside, you can use the picnic table and a gas grill. Right near your door is a small, cold, spring fed pool. After a dip in there, you can soak up in the hot solar shower! It is equipped to sleep 4. Bedding and towels are NOT included, but may be rented for $30/stay under EXTRAs. Ask about a discount for extended stays. If you have more than 4 in your group, you can set up tents in the lawn or rent our 30' fully equipped yurt. As this is an outdoor living space, you might be sharing the space with small four legged critters. We do our best to control this when guests are not around, but cannot guarantee that it will be mouse free. Please use the large refrigerator to safeguard all your food. The gas range/oven and the outdoor grill can only be ignited with the provided lighter. We request that you separate recyclables - cans, bottles, plastic, card board into the provided trash bins.

Dogs count as people. Please add the nightly fee under "extras". See below. Bedding is provided for the two queen size beds only. Guests using the floor mattresses or couches must bring bedding. Custom pricing is available for large groups or events. This 30 foot, 700 square ft yurt has been thoughtfully designed with many living conveniences but still offers a rustic and eclectic feel. The kitchen is well equipped with a 6 burner range, small appliances and cooking equipment with a full range of pots and pans. In the spring and fall you can escape the chill under the warm blankets or in front of the glass doored wood stove. There are 2 fold down queen beds fully equipped with bedding. For additional guests there are 2 foam mattresses, 2 couches and a very large and thick exercise mat. Bedding is only provided for the 2 queen beds. For a large group you can also rent the cabin tent, 40 yards away, or pitch tents outside the yurt. Outside, you can kick back and relax at the fire ring and cook up a storm at the propane grill. The swim pond is about 25 yards from the front door. Your picnic table, fire ring and grill are off the back entry. Please note that all dogs count as people guests and are not allowed on the beds or furniture. The rate is $25/night. Please see "extras" to add this nightly fee. The property is diverse with field, wood and water. Explore the trails, bird watch or rejuvenate with a bit of forest bathing under the tall pines! Two night minimum (or one night plus $75 surcharge). 10 minutes max to Jiminy Peak and 15 - 30 minutes to many wonderful Berkshire attractions. The outdoor solar shower and toilet facilities are shared with other campers and are located about 25 yards from the yurt. Also available for parties, single or multi day events.

Beautiful campsite. The primitive walk-in sites are spread out so you feel like you have the whole place to yourself. The walk in is easy (mown grass paths that you can use a wagon on if you want). Sites are beautiful and spacious. We couldn't connect with the host (limited cell coverage and didn't receive an answer to our texts/calls) but there is a pole just in front of the parking that has a map. Everything is well signed once you head off up the path to the left of the parking. Would definitely stay again.

Thomas has an amazing amount of space with many options for camping! We stayed at Sanctuary Site 5. It was about a 5-6 minute walk from the parking lot to our campsite, but he has carts to help assist bringing your belongings.

Can't wait to go back! Thomas was super cool and friendly. His farm was very vast but you felt safe because there was pockets of sites laid out across the campus. Private. Barely saw anyone, unless I walked to their site. We stayed at cathedral site 5, it was a hike if you have a lot of items. Kinda slopey and alot of roots, but I mean we're outside (to be expected). The wheel barrows he provides are awesome and can hold a lot of weight. Nevertheless, our site was very leveled and flat. Slept great, heard a bunch of crazy animal sounds but our stuff was untouched. Super happy to find out clothing was optional in the cathedral sites. 🌄 Didn't get to try the shower and they had portopotties at the check in. Next time I'll get something closer to the check in, to see how the bathroom and shower schedules work with other campers. Felt like every site had their own vibe. And I appericated the grill tops by the firepits and the picnic table. Can't wait to try them all 😌

I loved staying in sanctuary 2 - there’s a fully shaded area under the pines for tents and a 8 foot path that connects to the area with the fire pit and picnic table. It was like having a little apartment in the woods! This site is one of the most private out of all the options that I could tell. The walk to the site was do-able with the carts that were provided but think about packing a bit lighter for the site to avoid multiple trips. The solar shower was cold but I loved every second of it - gazing at the golden rod and mountains while I got a refreshing shower. I also got to buy garlic from the farmer which was a delight.

Had a great time staying at Thomas' farm. Drive in site 7 was right off the road (almost no traffic on the road), very spacious and fairy secluded. The site is covered in lush grass, has 2 large trees for shade, and 2 other trees at a perfect distance apart for a hammock. There were also little ponds in and around the site as well as plenty of plants & flowers. The entire grounds are beautiful and worth exploring. Thomas was very attentive & responsive.

We stopped by Thomas' Hipcamp on a Thursday night as a halfway point to our final destination. We seemed to be the only campers on the property that evening which was great! We arrived late at night so we didn't get a chance to speak with Thomas, but he was very easy to communicate with via Hipcamp. The campsite itself was recently mowed and had a fire ring and picnic table. Finding the campsite was a breeze. We would certainly return if we are heading out this way again. Fair warning, you do hear the cars/trucks from the highway, you get used to it after a while and it quiets down later into the evening.

Everything about this experience was IDEAL for what I was looking for. The property was magical and well maintained. When you think of what is beautiful about upstate New York you think of all of the aspects of Thomas’ property; old, thriving pine forests, meadows, wild flowers, lots of little ponds surrounded by cattails, ferns, and birch trees. We stayed in cathedral pines #4 campsite the edge of the property in the pine forests. It was great having an authentic, private camping experience in the middle of the woods while knowing that our car and Thomas’ amenities were just a hop, skip and jump away. We were about 10 minutes away from the car so the totally unexpected wagons for pushing your belongings all the way to the site was such a god send. There are three carts shared by everyone, which is sufficient as long as they’re not hogged by one family. Please do not hog the wagons. You can take a warm shower, and you can pay for large bags of precut wood, $10ea. 10/10 experience, thanks Tom! It was worth every penny.

Huge and beautiful! Covered with flowers and a few ponds and backed by the most peaceful pinewoods. The host was great with booking and confirmation, even helped me out when I wanted to swap from a Sanctuary to a cathedral site. Really peaceful, so much space so very private, beautiful sky views of the stars.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. My group of 6 stayed at Sanctuary Camp Site 6, and it was more than enough space for all of us and very secluded from the other campers. Wyomanock Farm has beautiful meadows, wildlife, and fishing, and is not very buggy, which was a big plus. We look forward to returning next summer!

Site 4 - Sanctuary Camp

We loved our camping experience at Wyomanock Farm! Thom was super friendly and communicative and finding the site was pretty simple. Sanctuary 4 is a fully wooded site which worked perfectly for our set up, its only about a 5 minute walk from the parking lot. We really enjoyed exploring the property and watching the stars at night! Highly recommend camoing here!

Site 2 - Sanctuary Camp

Wyomanock Farm is one of the best places I have camped. If you like natural vegetation, flowers, bird watching/listening - look no further. It's an escape from every day life with the comfort of knowing there is a host (Thomas) that will respond promptly to any questions you have. The variety of campsites available leaves everyone an option for whatever they are looking for in the outdoors (we had Sanctuary Site 2). It's a great spot to just relax, wander and enjoy nature. Would highly recommend and am planning on coming back in the fall. I could go on and on, but the only way to enjoy Wyomanock Farm is to experience it for yourself!

Cabin Glamp at the Pond

We had a lovely stay at the cabin glamp. Gorgeous location, very quiet and peaceful. Tom was responsive and very nice when we were checking in & got firewood from him. So glad we booked a night here. Just to note that the bottom zipper for the tent doesn’t fully close, so if you are worried about mosquitoes/bugs getting in they definitely can. We didn’t have too much of a problem with it because the temperature dropped enough at night.

Site 4 - Cathedral Pines

We had such a great time at Thomas’s Hipcamp! Thomas was a kind and helpful host, meeting us when we arrived and sharing recommendations in the area. The site we chose was further from the parking lot but there were carts to use to bring our camping equipment over. The walk to the site was lovely, passing by ponds and wildflower meadows before we got into the forest. Our site was quiet and peaceful and had plenty of space for our tent. The location was just a short drive to the Berkshires where we mountain biked and kayaked. We wish we had more time to stay longer!

Quiet, great amenities, and welcoming host. Thom had a hot outdoor shower, a pond to swim in, and excellent views. It made for a fantastic recharge under the full moon !

My family loved the property! We stayed at drive up site 1 with 3 adults and 3 kids under 5. No complaints at all. The land is well maintained and unique. If you’re thinking about staying here, do it! We highly recommend it.

Site 5 - Sanctuary Camp

We loved camping on Thom's property. The sites were incredibly secluded and even when other people were at other sites we could neither hear nor see them most of the time. The port-a-potty was clean and our dogs loved watching the many water birds and sleeping in the sun. The wagons were very convenient for bringing items from the car! We were glad to have brought our 5-gallon water jug so that we did not have to make trips to the spigot for water. We went swimming with our dogs in a nearby lake and had a nice trip to Pittsfield (dog-friendly patios abound), and it was in the perfect location for the two of us (one coming from NYC and the other from Boston).

Loved our quick stay at Thom’s place - site was as described and the solar shower was the highlight of the trip. Even with “neighbors” in an adjacent spot and many other folks at the camp, our space still felt private. We’ll be back when our travels bring us back through the area.

Thoms farm definitely fit the bill for our specific needs this week! We had such a good time. He was very helpful and responsive. Hooked us up with a great swimming hole about 20 mins away which was a life saver on a hot week. The shower was incredible! Everyone who came loved it so much! The porta-potty was…. Well…. a porta-potty. The property is so pretty for a walk about. The town has such good store and farm stands Would definitely like to come back for another week sometime!
