Campsite is next to a pond with a gazebo, picnic table, fire pit, and plenty of firewood. Located two (2) miles from the Village of Woodstock. Snake Rocks Preserve is a fun nearby hike.Set up as you like at your private site. Firewood provided. Take walks along our wooded paths, streams and road. Fish the pond, ride your bikes and build a fire. Cook for yourselves or drive to town for meals or have them delivered. Listen to the morning/evening sounds of nature. See the resident ducks, geese, and deer and enjoy the night sky. Snake Rocks Preserve (a retired bluestone quarry) is a nearby hike. Many other hikes (Bearsville Park, Comeau Property, Onteora Lake, Overlook and Mt. Tremper fire towers) and sightseeing destinations (Ashokan Rail Trail, Opus 40, Saugerties Lighthouse) nearby, too. Check out All Trails online. We ask our guests to please note that our campsite site is located in a residential neighborhood, so noise levels need to be considered and especially reduced at night. Trash/recycling cans are located along the driveway. Kindly “Please Leave No Trace.” 🙂 Thank you! Laurel and Peter
